Badaró — Restaurant in Região Imediata de São Paulo

São Paulo has a plethora of self-important restaurants that are self-important for no particular reason. This unfortunately is one of them.

First course: an overdressed, wilted iceberg salad. When I had finished, the waiters (who were literally standing around our table) couldn’t be bothered to remove the salad bowl. And when I was brought my main course, the waiter serving it just looked at me until I moved the bowl away myself. He then put the new plate down and walked away — not bothering to remove the salad bowl or, more importantly, give me new cutlery. I had to ask another waiter to bring me a knife and fork.

The main course turned out to be a large hamburger covered in melted cheese served with a tasteless risotto. Absolutely revolting.

The dessert was even worse — a piece of indiscernible, insipid cake topped with chalky chocolate. I took one bite and pushed it away.

The restaurant is presided over by a pompous host (or manager — not sure what he was exactly) who walked around the place as if he was the captain of a Michelin starred restaurant (and not a forgettable restaurant in a shopping mall).

His staff, it appeared, took their cues from him — displaying equal parts pompousness while being poorly trained and not very...

this is the best restaurant at Morumbi shopping center mall. there are many great restaurants in this shopping mall and in the past 10 years I've eaten at just about everyone of the restaurants here. I have eaten here at badaro before but I have never written a review until now. the service here is always perfect too. today our server was Nonato, he was perfect, his suggestions were flawless and his timing and his knowledge of all the items on the menu was perfect too. the food came quickly too. the appetizers of salad and French bread was fantastic. the main course of food was scrumptious. the taste was perfection. and the amount of food for each order was more than enough too. after the main course of food he brought a very tasty cafe and mint tea that was fresh. with cookies that tasted home made to perfection. the restaurants is very clean and the staff are all very professional..its obvious why this restaurant has won awards for its great cuisine and fantastic service....

Era frequentadora desse restaurante, geralmente ia no horário do almoço. Em uma das vezes cheguei às 15:00h, pedi mesa na parte externa, mas informaram que estava fechada, só havia mesas disponíveis na parte interna. Fiquei meio contrariada, mas o restaurante não estava com muitos cliente naquele dia e resolvi ficar. Na útima vez, decidi almoçar mais cedo, cheguei por volta das 14:00h, pedi mesa na parte externa, mas tive a mesma resposta: que estava fechada para happy hour e me ofereceram uma mesa na área interna no meio de outras ocupadas por vários clientes. O happy hour nesse restaurante começa às 18:00h, como podem fechar a área externa às 14:00h ou antes e acharem normal "empoleirar" os clientes na parte interna? É subestimar demais! Esse restaurante já está dentro de um shopping onde não há ventilação natural, ainda fecham a área externa onde o cliente pode se sentir um pouco mais cômodo e seguro? A pandemia ainda não acabou e ainda há pessoas que se importam 100% em não contrair o virus da covid. Além desse estabelecimento não estar mais levando isso em conta, parece estar atirando no próprio pé, pois há outros restaurantes ao redor, com disponibilidade de mesas em áreas externas e que não colocam restrições ao cliente em nenhum horário do dia. Eu decidi então fazer a minha refeição no vizinho, onde pude me sentar onde quis e decidi também não frequentar mais esse...
