Mall of Sofia is a fairly standard shopping center, offering a variety of stores and amenities that cater to a wide range of needs. The mall is conveniently located and easy to access, making it a practical choice for shoppers in the area. It features a mix of international and local brands, providing a decent selection of clothing, electronics, and home goods.
The layout of the mall is straightforward, and while it’s not particularly spacious, it’s easy to navigate. There are enough dining options to suit different tastes, from fast food to sit-down restaurants. However, the food court can get crowded during peak hours, which might make it difficult to find a place to sit.
In terms of atmosphere, Mall of Sofia is functional but not particularly exciting. The décor is simple, and while the mall is generally clean, it doesn’t have any standout features that would make it a must-visit destination. The cinema is a nice addition for those looking to catch a movie after shopping.
Overall, Mall of Sofia is a reliable place to do some shopping or grab a meal, but it doesn’t offer much beyond the basics. It’s a convenient option, but not one that leaves a...
Read moreFirst mall to have ever opened in Sofia, but even today it remains one of the busiest and most shop diverse malls located in the city.
On the plus side this mall has just about every mainstream shop that you will ever need be it a clothing, jeans or electronic store. Food options are plenty for the visit it has McDonalds and KFC, but it falls short on restaurant options, but it does have the most popular one named Happy. It has a cinema with a few halls as well as the only IMAX cinema in Sofia and I believe Bulgaria.
On the cons I would like to stress that this mall gets crowded at times, but that's to be expected because of its prime location close to the heart of the city center. The parking is also another con because as of writing this review you get four hours of free parking only if you go to the cinema, otherwise the free parking is up to 15 minutes after that there's a fee albeit it not too expansive, I believe this is done because of the freeloader parking around the green zone in which the mall is located.
Overall it is a great mall provided you don't mind a little bit of crowd and if you don't hate paying...
Read moreNice mall, the food court does not offer that many choices but it has the mainstream things like - Subway, KFC, McDonalds, Pizza Place, Fresh bar and a great Burger place. The mall also has a Cinema City Movie theather with IMAX which is great. There a plenty of stores for clothes like H&M, Lee Cooper, Kenvelo, Nike, Terranova, Tom Taylor and much more. It also has Ciela bookstore where you can also find a good number of board games, and music albums and records. For people interested in video games there is also a Pulsar Games store which has a good number of PC, PS3-4 AND XBOX games, you can also purchase consoles and PC accessories like keyboards, mousepads and more. The bathrooms are not great although they were recently remodeled. There is also games like Table football (foosball), air hockey tables, mini bowling for kids, and a lot of arcade games for kids and fun loving adults. There is also a Metro station nearby and a bus stop so transportation to the mall is quite conveniant. It is also in a fairly central location which is...
