House of Biryanis — Attraction in Ajax

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. I specifically ordered 4 Hyderabadi Dum Biryanis, but to my shock, when I got home, I discovered that only 1 of them was actually Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, and the other 3 were just regular biryani – completely different from what I had requested.

To make matters worse, the taste was absolutely awful. The quality of the biryani was nowhere near acceptable – bland, dry, and lacking the authentic flavor and aroma that a proper Hyderabadi Dum Biryani should have. It’s clear that the cook has no idea what biryani is or how it should be prepared.

This kind of careless service and poor quality is simply unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I’d strongly advise others to think twice before doing so. Total waste of money and big let down for someone who is a...

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I waited 1.5 hours for food that literally had no taste and was absolutely horrible. The butter chicken tasted like sugar. The butter naan, had no butter and the biryani was just onions and rice. There were no spices in the biryani. It was boiled rice with zero flavour. They had a special with a dessert. The dessert size was the size of a dipping sauce.

Add that to the rudeness of the owner. I wasn’t the only one waiting for over an hour for food after being told to come back in 20 minutes. They literally gave my order away and then lied about it. I would understand a mistake but the continued lies were a sign of their lack of care for their customers.
