Fairview Lookout Trail — Attraction in Alberta

The observation deck itself is not large. There is one spacious bench. However, the view is simply wonderful. It opens up to a part of the lake near the hotel, on the right if you look from the deck. The left part, the one towards the mountains, is obscured by trees. Do not expect a panoramic view.

The road up the mountain is of medium difficulty. It can cause heart palpitations and shortness of breath. Consider this if you are climbing with children. There are no dangerous or impassable sections, it will just be longer and more difficult than for adults.
