Roots — Local services in Alberta

Date:Aug.18/2021-The most awful experience in my entire life.First a while,all the shops were open except this one which was supposed to open at 11am with me and my 3 family members standing outside waiting, which I get it..I asked him around 10:45 am,if I can just try a pair of sweat pants and top while he is starting up his computer since we were in rush to catch our bus and when he’s ready ,I pay, He said No,which still I get it but responding in a very rude manner,I don’t understand.No other choice,I am still standing for 11am…out of nowhere a lady showed up, knock the door and asked the same question”shall we try something since I’m in rush”,and guess what he opened the door for her and closed it on me!!!!!!! This and very this, cannot ever be understood….After all I went in tried my stuff in 5 min,spend around $160 which if I was not extremely cold,I wouldn’t even pass by that store on face of the earth.last but not least I said thank you,bye ,NO RESPOND.My sister in low said Bye,NO RESPOND.My husband said bye,still no respond.My brother in low said bye and never a Respond.I hope management from Roots see this review and do something about this poor store which is located in one of the most famous hotels in Canada.……God bless our retail...
