The team here at this location, mainly sunny and mohammed are one of the best experiences ive had with a body shop in a long time. My mom had an odd rear end accident with her van and carstar aurora acted fast with open arms to deliver a quality top of the line result on her van. While the van was in the shop the team had a brand new clean and safe vehicle ready for my mom on the day of dropoff and were very accommodating to make sure shes happy with the situation. Would definitely bring a high end vehicle and trust in the team here to deliver a quality satisfactory result every time! Fantastic people are still existing. It's our job to find them. This was the best experience I have ever had with someone who is in car related services. Amir is very knowledgeable, professional, and a real expert in this profession. He explained everything to me and gave me a very fair quote for my broken bumper. Prior to knowing CARSTAR Aurora, I got several quotes from other body shops and they all gave me unreasonable high prices which didn't make any sense to me. Amir was the only one who did the same service with a much more affordable price compared to other body shops. I brought my car here after an accident and I was extremely impressed with the all over service. The lady that works at the front desk was so helpful and knowledgeable, she spent lots of time with me explaining the damage on my car and helped me navigate through everything with insurance. She was always very quick to get back to me with any questions I had. They were right on time with getting my car back to me and even explained all the work that was completed on the car. I was beyond impressed with the body work that was done, can not even tell it was in a $13,000 accident! They also have the cutest puppies in the front office. The puppies were so sweet and loving !! I would recommend anyone to this shop. Hope I dont know to go back for body work but if I do I know where I'm taking it.......
