Sushi Huang Japanese Cuisine — Restaurant in Aurora

Horrible experience…. Ordered a DoorDash and they did it wrong. I ordered beef teriyaki that comes with miso soup, tempura and maki, when I received my DoorDash order, I noticed that I only received beef teriyaki without any additional items, called my DoorDasher and he said that he gave me everything and advised me to contact the place I ordered my food from. I called Sushi Haung, at first they couldn’t find my order, then they finally found it and said that they accidentally made only beef teriyaki. The man on the phone was barely speaking English ( I thought you need to speak English in order to work in this country) he said that I can drive in and pick up my items…… me driving… why do you think I ordered DoorDash from the first place. Then he said that he will make me a free dish since it’s very busy and they can’t deliver it. Drove all the way there and they only gave me the additional items that were supposed to be in my order… are you guys ok? You made me waist my gas and then gave me what was supposed to be your job to make? Horrible place with horrible people… Food was very nasty as well so good luck...

Have given this place so many chances it is great for take out but that is about it. The food is good not the best but does have some good items. The service is the worst I have ever seen every time they where rude talking about us while we where right there and then told us they are not bringing us all the food we ordered that we ordered to much they decided what to bring us. They love to put hidden costs at the end of the bill the charged me an extra 6 bucks for my 1 year old daughter that does not even eat yet then decided to charge us another 5 bucks for half a hand roll that wasn't eaten everything else was finished. Then when I went to pay they actual took the machine and put her own 10 buck tip in there after they both the female and Male had been so rude. I did not give any problems or attitude and just paid add left there was no need for them to treat us like that after giving them three chances of going there it is to bad really wanted it to be our main sushi since it is so close to us. But WILL NEVER GO AGAIN rather drive...

I changed my review because this establishment has changed to no longer accommodate dine in. The last 4 times we have ordered from there the sushi has not met the quality they used to have. My friends and I would go monthly but now it seems it’s not going to be opening up dine in again. I would give them 1 star because of how bad the food has been but I’m hoping they open their doors to dine in again so my friends and I can enjoy the experience we once had, but I’m not holding my breath. Being in the restaurant industry I understand it’s more inexpensive to not have dine in, but as of right now you have lost some...
