Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Aurora

Excellent food, excellent service, and excellent employees!

I take two buses from school to home, and my first stop is at that DQ near the bus stop. I come here to usually get an ice cream or a water before coming home, and the staff is always so kind! They're welcoming, they're enthusiastic, and, most of all, they care. They care about the work they do, the food they make, and especially the customer! I honestly can't think of any criticisms for any of them!

I'd like to pay homage to one employee in particular- Zach (I think that's how to spell his name, sorry if I'm wrong). He's the most polite of all the employees there! Every time I come and he's there we talk about our day, exchange something that happened, and just chat. Hell,he's even the one who took my resume for a job application! All in all, he's a grear guy! If I had someone I could ask to have a raise given to, it would be him!

I do have my gripes with the place, of course. The seating is a bit too small, and I can't properly spread myself out to get comfortable, and the milkshakes are occasionally more milk thank shake, but neither are anything major. If I had a request it would be to make some of the seats further out so I'm not huddling my legs to my torso, but I guess that's just me.

Worst experience of my life called earlier spoke to one of the girls who works there to explain how upset I was that I ordered a cake special made cotton candy and the top part where they put the blizzard ice cream part was vanilla pretty much that’s all I tasted . So both the top and bottom was vanilla I was very upset as almost 50$ per cake should be done properly . Anyways the girl was understanding very nice and then the owner calls me and tells me I’m lieing and not telling the truth . Instead of fixing the issue as he should he starts to interrupt me and telling me I’m lieing . Worst customer service ever . I’ll not be coming here again .

The owner below wants to act like they did everything right but in fact they didn’t and instead of trying to make it right they called me a liar and I only raised my voice saying please listen and stop interrupting me . I didn’t yell or swear or treat anyone bad but after being told I was a liar and me asking him how is he going to fix this and him not...

This black girl was working on September 23rd around 11:40 am she is Disgusting,disrespectful, gross, ugly personality, too much attitude, liar and she needs to get FIRED immediately. My blizzard was melting and dripping down my hand like craaazy and she tells me that it's not melting and tells me very rudely that she did flip the blizzard when she knew that she did not I swear to god what a liar and she tells me that I let it sit for too long that's why it melted and it Haden't even been a minute since I had gotten the blizzard I spoke to her very very nicely and asked her politely for another blizzard and she makes faces at me and shows me attitude and tells me to "throw that out over there your gonna make it drip all over the counter" um like excuse me that really pissed me off what a disrespectful little brat. And she gives me another blizzard and rolls her eyes at me I threw the blizzard out cuz she ruined my appetite I won't ever be coming...
