Edited: unfortunately I have to edit my review and give you guys a 1 stars due to the unpleasant experience I had today 09/30 around 3:30 pm with one of your cashier n#2. The lady was extremely rude to my sister for nothing. The product was missing the price tag and the cashier created an unnecessary embarrassing situation to all of us. My family is visiting Canada for the first the time and they do speak English. The issue was the poor communication from the cashier. She was in a such a bad mood, giving us a bad attitude. She even said that she was explaining in a âsimple Englishâ, directly saying that my sisterâs English was poor. I spoke to the manager after and she was very nice and apologetic. As I said to the manager I always go to this store as I live close by and never had any issue with customer service until today.Iâm very disappointed as she was clearly being mean to them. Itâs unacceptable and very discriminatory.

Recently I went there and person who was helping me at the cashier, couldn't find the tag in the cloth I brought and asked "Didn't you notice it wasn't there?" in an interrogative manner. I said no. And then they didn't care to scan the TJX card. I asked them if they could scan it please and they said they can't scan it anymore as it's already paid and they cannot revert it. Then I asked if there's a difference by not scanning it and she said there's no difference. But when I looked at the receipt it says if you don't have the TJX card scanned then the refund only applies to 10 days. At the very least they should have explained it to me. Or they should have returned and scanned the items again. While it would have taken an extra few mins would have made things much clearer. Overall a bad...
   Read moreYou really need to do something about your store security policy. I saw a shoplifter casually walk out with hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise. I call out loud to the shoplifter as he walked out of the store. I brought this to the attention of your greeter and store clerk who the shoplifter just casually walked passed and none of them knew what just happened, how to respond, or what to do about the situation. There was no security around to notify either. Instead I get "deer in the headlights" confusion when telling your store clerks that a theft had just occurred.
