BATHROOM REVIEW Location: 2 Cleanliness: 7 Security: 6 Ease of use: 5 Decoration: 4 4.8/10 LOCATION - 2 - What will it take for Cineplex to take after Landmark and put their bathrooms among the theaters? The placement outside the main hallway is a tragedy, anyone seeing a film in Ultra AVX especially is going to miss half the movie just walking to and from the bathrooms. Having the employee that tears the ticket between the theaters and the bathrooms is also not ideal, though the employee isn’t going to stop me if I’m coming back to the movie after the second act pee break, there’s always that risk in the back of my mind. CLEANLINESS - 7 - It wasn’t sparkling clean, but there was certainly markings of a janitor who cared about the job they were doing, always something worthy of praise. Plenty of unflushed matter in the toilets though. SECURITY - 6 - Plenty of urinals for an overabundance of space between two good pissing gentlemen; though a lack of dividers and crowding post-movie are not ideal. Also, as someone who is 6’3”, I could see right over the stall walls, unnerving. EASE OF USE - 5 - I love to see a bathroom giving me the option between hand air dryers and paper towels, of which I choose the paper towels every time. Easy bathroom to navigate as well. The automatic sensors are spotty, and don’t often function when I’d like them to. One of the toilets flushed for 45 seconds straight and is loud, video attached. DECORATION - 4 - Come on, you’re a movie theater, I want a cinematic experience when I’m disposing the post-movie waste as well. At least put up some classic movie posters.

This Crowfoot theatre is the absolute best spot for kids parties. Parents and kids alike were excited for the Minecraft movie release. Tammy at Crowfoot Cineplex helped us organize well in advance of party day - deciding on party times, exploring food options, party room and timing for cake. It was nice and hands off, and the room itself was (I’m hoping) sound proof, interactive (with a dry erase wall), and lively with colouring on tables and foam balls being thrown everywhere! Milla was exceptional - helping us the day of. Reserving theatre rows for our group and snack packs for each child. The kids really enjoyed choosing their own drink for the movie and meal for the party room. I loved that the kids had room for both downtime (in the movie) and high energy (in the party room after). Thanks again to Crowfoot Cineplex for what was a memorable party and hope to book again soon, Jen

Absolutely AMAZING service! We had a party for our daughter's birthday there and I will never not recommend this place! Tammi was so informational and kind, and was easy to contact when I had question after question. She made the entire process of planning completely seemless. All we had to do was show up! And can we just send a super special shout out to Mya who took care of us while we were there!? She took orders, got the food out, brought us our cake, checked up on us often to make sure all was going smoothly and she was so sweet to all the kids. I've been doing the kidlet birthday party thing for decades and this was one of the top for awesome, easy and winner winner. If you want to book a party for your kids, don't look any further, because this is THE spot! Thank you again SO much Cineplex (eh hem . . . Tammi 😉) for making 8 super great! 🥰

The hall was okay. The seats were good. I went for a family favorite on saturday. The only negative I can say is that for family favorite they do not allocate seat numbers. It's first come first serve. Me being the first timer there was aware of this. I reached there well in time. But my kiddo took a long time to decide the candy he wanted to buy. So by the time we reached the hall it was almost show time. I was trying to find a good place to sit but all I was able to see were coats, jackets and bags on the seats. When asked people said "Oh, someone is sitting here already". So what happpened here is that people came in, chose the seats and left their coats on the seats to reserve them. And because I was coming in for the family favourite for the 1st time, being unaware of this unsaid culture, I came in late after purchasing the popcorn. And now to my surprise only the front row was availbale. They should have mentioned that online. It should have been promoted when we bought the tickets. Well now I know and hopefully people who are reading this also know this. So next time for family favorite on cineplex, reach early, reserve your seat and then come out to buy a popcorn. And take as much time as you want because you have your seat booked now. They also have a small...

Normally we go to landmark in country hills however we were planning a birthday party for our daughter and they hadn't released the movie times for the new movie yet so decided to try here. Upon booking the tickets online we found out their was an extra 5$ charge per ticket for the "ultra avx" experience whatever that is. This is a kids movie "if" and their was no option to book it without the surcharge. Very deceptive to be forced to buy this "upgrade" and they put a kids movie only available in this theater is just a complete cash grab. Anyways we had no choice so paid the extra and moved on....when we got to the theater for the movie we then go to redeem the snack coupons to find out their in no choice in kids snack they only have 1 and the kids drinks are absolutely tiny. Landmark gas multiple choices for kids to pick and snack and a normal sized drink you need to actually sit and watch a movie. Kids were obviously disappointed. So all in all we were forced to pay more for a far inferior experience than we would have had at landmark. This is probably a good theater if you haven't been out to a movie in 20 years and are expecting plastic fold down seats however the experience provided by competitors is on a different level. Will never return here, go...
