From the moment I stepped into Glow Up Lab, I knew I was in for a treat. The clinic itself exudes a sense of luxury and relaxation, making you feel instantly at ease. And then there's Emma, who greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm for helping me achieve my skincare goals.

The hydra facial itself was like nothing I've ever experienced before. Emma's technique was flawless, and she customized the treatment to address my specific skin concerns. My first time treatment experience at Glowup Lab was extraordinary.

The whole clinic is bright, quiet and clean. The moment I walked in was followed by a warm welcome by the staffs. They have done a great job explaining the treatment the suggested me to do. Although being the first time in the clinic, I can fully expect what I'm getting.

Throughout the whole treatment, Zilin , the lady who take care of me, was showing she is very experience, and know how to relax their client. (I was clearly a bit nervous at the beginning.)
