I've been pretty loyal to this location and franchisee owners for almost 2 years now, using their mailbox rental service. I travel a lot for my business and their has been a few times where I've been late in paying my renewal mailbox fee - which I always pay, when I'm not out of the country.
My recent visit to pickup my mail, I noticed they had held back my mail because I have not been in to renew my mailbox since the first renewal of April 30th (as I was out of the country for a few months). I had explained to them I will be back within a week to settle up, (I actually went in today, 2 weeks later, as I have an extremely busy demanding business) and they refused to give me my pay until I renewed.
I was pretty calm and I asked nicely if they would make an exception - based on my loyalty and history - they denied me. Now, I was pretty diplomatic and walked out, however I was pretty disappointed. I could have been an ASS and argued the fact that them holding my mail is actually not only illegal, but fraudulent, regardless what agreement is in place - they need to look this up with Canada Post!
I renewed my mailbox today - however, I urge everyone, if you want a better service for mailbox rentals, go to an authorized Canada Post mailbox rental such as Shoppers Drugmart - I will be taken my business there when my agreement is up in November.
Pretty disappointing that the owners do not understand what loyalty is and I could have unleashed a serious legal and fraudulent case against them! My name is visible, so if the owners see this, they know who I am!

I sent a laser device to Florida for minor repairs in July. Initially, I was quoted a price, but they ended up charging me double, along with additional customs fees, despite the fact that I was only seeking repairs and not selling the laser.
The owner, Adill, repeatedly assured me that he was experienced in shipping lasers and knew how to package them properly. I even paid extra for what I believed would be a secure box, but it turned out to be just a flimsy cardboard box. When the laser arrived in Florida, I received photos and videos showing it completely destroyed—there were no fragile labels on the box, and the tape was barely holding it together.
I felt rushed through the entire process and wasn’t properly informed about insurance options. Adill simply stated that I declined the insurance which I didn’t event know was an option when I was in the store and make the payment immediately to have the laser shipped with carrier that was in the office, leaving me feeling misled by the entire staff.
Since then, I’ve been fighting to resolve this issue with minimal responses from them. The loss of the laser is a significant blow to my business, and it is now beyond repair.
They finally mentioned a compensation check of $250 waiting at the office. I was stunned; my shipping fees exceeded $1,000, and now I’ve lost crucial equipment while being treated poorly throughout this ordeal.

I had a very important package which should be sent to England top urgent (2-3) business days. completed the paper work, paid the fees and got a tracking number. The service with Mohamad and the lady wearing a Hijab was outstanding. Next couple of days I tried to track the package and it did not show me anything. Checked with DHL and has no clue what I was looking for, no record for the package what so ever. Next day I went back to the store and the only record they had is that the package was picked up from the store and could not track further. I did not like what is going on and the lady with the Hijab said it was lost as there were no record on DHL tracking and we can give you the money back and that is the only thing we can do, of-course I was not happy with that as my concern was to send the package and make sure it is received by the receiver. anyway I took my money back. After two days I tried to track the package and the tracking shows that it was delivered to the receiver. It really surprise me. I went back to the store to tell the workers there that the package was delivered and wanted to give them the money back (the fees for the shipment).
