Pizzaville — Restaurant in Cambridge

Very good customer service in store. I ordered a pizza without tomato sauce with garlic butter on instead, the cashier made a mistake making the order and when it was delivered it was loaded with tomato sauce. I called the phone number on receipt and got a call center that refused to put me though to the store. I Had to wait for a call back from the store. I headed back to the store pizza in hand and got a call from the store on the way, they said they would make the right pizza and explained what happened. ok simple mistake. The store apologized and gave me a new proper pizza. The food is great and I loved the pizza hats off for the pizza and customer service at the store level. I would give them a 5 star but the call center answering the phone and not putting call through to store is rude and impersonal and takes away from the experience. I would say lose the call center. You'll have happier customers. People don't want go talk to robots reading script. All and all store...

A friend of mine gave us the rest of his pizza sometime ago, cause he was full and could not eat anymore. I told him no, he said take it please. I did. It turned out to be what you might call a life changer. I don't order Pizza from the other places anymore. Here at Pizzaville, when you want double cheese, etc,; you get it. You could SEE the bacon, the onions, etc on the pizza not hidden, or in some cases not even put on the pizza depending on where you go. A long time place here in Cambridge which should know better never gave me the double cheese I ordered. When I ordered one from this place again, without double cheese it looked the same as when I ordered double. Sounds like a rip off to me. This Pizza ville has my business and I have not yet even tried their wings. You don't have to be the oldest place in town, you just have to do things right and make your customers happy so they will come back. I am getting hungry now so it is time to...

I've had some of the best pizzas here but also some of the worse. I stopped ordering from Twice the Deal an obvious competitor for prices and etc but Pizzaville was unique when i first ordered but the more i ordered the worse it got. Today i had the usual 2 panzerottis and sides with it but this is now the third time I have received uncooked meats in my food. When i also ask for it well done it hasn't been cooked well done since the first 3 times i ordered. Something changed and it should change back. Edit: I have also had some where the cheese is literally on one side of my pizza/panzerotti but none on the other half.

BUT there bread is great and when deepfried smells just like a donught which i LOVED but has now become such an eyesore from these mistakes. I'm prbly just gonna take my free pizza and not come back till i hear about some good changes around. I would have picstures of my other orders but this one has just been the worse....
