We went in for tubing. It was so much fun!! The staff was kind and patient to explain us the safety on tubing as it was our first time. We booked our tickets online and signed the waiver online as well. You can get the helmets at the lodge where there are snacks and drinks too (as other renting gear) or choose to have them delivered to your address. We found the prices very reasonable/fair for a whole hour of tubing! They have two tubing paths for variation. They always make sure everything is safe and accommodating. We loved that it's close to downtown as that's where we were staying, it's close to the Garden Pyramids too (Mussart Conservatory) in a walking distance, so we could cross that on our list too. We saw the ice wall and it looked amazing but it was closed that day. We liked that the ski club wasn't too crowded and everyone had plenty of space for all their activities. Super kid friendly as well as perfect for adults. We didnt ski but their ski hills were so well prepared and looked so much fun as well as safe. They had plenty of ski slides. They had from beginner hills to very professional and challenging ones. Totally recommend!

We love this hidden gem! My daughter asked to switch sports and wanted to ski. Edmonton Ski Club had the best pricing and lesson time options. We live an hour out and are never disappointed when we come in for lessons or family ski time. We love the community driven atmosphere of the staff - they are so accommodating. My daughter has learned so much from her instructor (Thanks Miguel!) and can’t wait for the next round of lessons. She’s hooked! You can rent skis if you need and there is a nice little licensed concession too. Bathrooms are always clean and staff work hard to keep the ski house tidy. They have really done a great job at working to expand the hill. We definitely recommend people come and check this hill out!

They hosted a March 2022 winter outdoor concert featuring Scenic Route To Alaska. There was a couple food trucks serving hotdogs, corndogs, poutine, fries, etc. They also were serving alcohol drinks (beer/wine/nudes), hot chocolate and coffee. The temperature was -10⁰ There was at least a dozen standup overhead heaters and a couple wood burning firepits. They set up 4 portable washrooms. There was no parking but a shuttle from Boonie Doon mall was available and ran back and forth throughout the event. Over all was a great time.

Signed my 2 yr old up for snowboard lessons, I emailed their rentals department to confirm it would be available for her lessons and received an email back saying it would be. We arrived for her lessons and they set aside skis instead of snowboard. The rental guy checked my email and realized it was supposed to be snowboard. Wasn’t very helpful…he suggested I just take the skis so she wouldn’t be late for her lesson. It’s my daughters first time…I’m not going to switch her from skis to snowboard half way through. So I had to rebook her lesson for another day. I was told by guest services rentals weren’t included in snowbug lessons, only discovery. But the next day when I went for her lessons I was told by another guest services person it was included. I had paid for rentals on top of the lessons so she said the manager will contact me for a rentals refund. She told me to email the manager about my experience and I did. Only to have her ignore everything lol what a joke. Did not acknowledge anything I said. I would give 5 stars to the instructor though. She was full of energy and my daughter had lots of fun for her first snowboard lesson.

Edit to response: Whoever I spoke to on Sunday didn’t introduce themselves as the manager hence why I explained my situation again in the email. A simple acknowledgment in the email reply would have been nice. It’s unfortunate you have to leave a poor review in order to get your...

Superb family-friendly snow park. Prices were also family-friendly. We are from balmy Southern California, and this place made our Edmonton visit memorable. The wife and I did the snow tubing and we had loads of fun. Great location at the heart of downtown. Parking was free and easy at least during our afternoon visit. Surprisingly just across from Muttart museum which we visited the day prior. Staff is really customer focused, friendly, and safety conscious. The tubing, btw was booked online. Helmets were mandatory and also rented here. An hour increment, but the hour was more than sufficient. They had 2 runs: slow and fast, but really just maybe 5 seconds at most difference in duration. The staff at the top of the hill start point will launch you. Offered a spin or normal launch. Or a tandem which the 2 tubes were harnessed together. We tried all they offered. Bathrooms were across reception building and were clean and heated. Hot coffee and beverage sold inside and outside. The park also had short ski and snowboarding runs. I saw a sign for ski classes. Many thanks to...
