Edit: I ordered food again. The restaurant called me and confirmed about my order. I liked it, it was spicy and authentic.

I have lived in Thailand for more than 1 years and I know how authentic thai food should taste like. i ordered some food through doordash from Lum Dee Thai kitchen today, but unfortunately, it seems the chef didn't look at my special instructions.
