We’ve owned our BULLFROG hot tub for 2 years now and I am so happy we chose this brand! The sales team is incredible and worked with us to get the best bang for our buck based on desired usage. The delivery team were efficient and extremely professional ensuring our tub was installed with care. They also instructed and demonstrated how easy it was to maintain our hot tub: Weekly test-strips to ensure proper PH and chlorine levels, and quarterly emptying. So simple. Truthfully, and thankfully, I’ve had zero interaction with their support team as weve had ZERO issues with our tub. I purchased this tub as a gift for my husband thinking I would also use it on occasion. However, it has become a nightly ritual for the two of us to soak our stress away while catching up on each others day. Definitely a 5-STAR...
