Steveston Community Park — Attraction in Delta

Steveston Community Park has everything for everyone.There's a community centre with gymnasiums, workout & fitness studios, meeting rooms, & a library. In a separate building there's a martial arts facility. Yet another building houses The Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre. There's also The Steveston Japanese Language School. For residents of Steveston, this is a very comprehensive large scale park in the area. There is a community center with a library, along with the many amenities inside such as a gym, squash courts, both outdoor and indoor tennis courts, and many classes that it provides. Outside, there is a nice playground area with a small water park for kids, two baseball diamonds, a floor hockey rink too, and even some exercise equipment behind the park. My son loooooves this park. The Waterpark is simple, older, but in great condition, there are public washrooms right beside the water park which includes male, female and family washrooms. The play ground area has a good assortment of play areas for different ages. Good amount of picnic tables and benches. Swings for toddlers and older children.
