I bought bread and then I noticed that bread has expired date already, I came back to the store and they said it’s good date, cause month comes first and then number, but on every other product they had first number and then month like in Ukraine, because it’s Ukrainian and European items, not Canadian. Also I don’t think that bread can be good till November if now is April. Furthermore, I noticed basket with on sale products without main package and without expired date for $1 or $3, so that items were already overdue, they just took them out from main package to don’t show to customers expired dates and at least get some dollars instead of threw them away. Read moreI was just passing by and got tall cans of Kvass here, which is hard to find locally. It's a bit disappointed not to find things from Germany. (BC seems to have very few German food& drink distributors lol)
Pros: Good prices. The couple works there are nice and helpful. They look like retired but still doing business for fun. Much respect.
Cons: The selection and display could be improved.
