Update to below: I’ve changed my rating to a five today, because dealing with other staff was phenomenal! My lesson is; don’t judge the company because the kid working is obviously having a bad day. My issues were dealt with in a professional manner with human kindness thrown in. You were outstanding. I hope this is a valuable lesson for Adam. Please don’t argue with customers, just give them head office email and wish them luck.
Bought a vape pen on Friday, gave it to a friend yesterday. After getting through 4 layers of packaging,, she gets to a vape that is the equivalent to a straw. When I brought it back today I was told there is nothing that can be done. Not only did I get nothing, not even a sorry, rather I was spoken to like I was a 5 year old, told I was storing it wrong, told it was “our” fault, that’s, and I quote “that’s user error”. So SpiritLeaf, you need to start having customers open their vapes in store, because if you can’t return defective products, you need to find a solution. If I wanted to donate $35.00, I would have given it to some homeless people, not into greedy corporate hands. But... A word of advice to the lady I've interacted with a couple of times now: I can read, lol, and quite well. I'm sure many others can as well, so keeping the little ounce menu to yourself on the counter and reading out the selection is a bit cheeky, in my humble opinion. I have a bit of a tough time remembering all the strains and their corresponding potencies when they're read out to me one after another, I'm a pretty visual operator. I promise I'll be able to silently read them all before you list them all out, ahaha. The other employees have always rotated it the customer's way, and read from the side, or upside down, which is always appreciated, and frankly just a no-brainer concerning customer service. Maybe the practice has changed, but this is just my two cents!
