Nice place - good ambiance, great location for government workers and the staff was very accommodating. We booked for a large group of 30 but due to bad weather only 20 showed up, which wasn’t an issue. It’s a multi level restaurant and unfortunately there were no railings to go down the few steps to lower level where most of the seating was, and where our initial reservation was supposed to be. Someone in our group is handicap and wouldn’t have been able to get down the stairs so our servers Lori and Alex set us us in a large corner on the top level which was right beside the door, but still pleasant as it offered a large window and 4 banquette style tables as well as tables with chairs. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere with rustic charm and a modern twist. The Staff is not only skilled but incredibly friendly, always ready to make a recommendation! The food is an absolute highlight. Fresh, flavourful, and delicious. The fries are great must order! What really sets this place apart though is the atmosphere. This pub is a gem that combines great drinks, delicious food, and a welcoming environment. Total lack of responsibility from ownership. Just take a look at all the low reviews and their responses—they blame everyone but themselves and act completely unprofessional when given feedback.

Knowing that a large event would take place, this venue was still woefully unprepared. We never got a drink despite waiting forever, only to be rudely told, "we're busy!!!" Yeah, no kidding...

The music was excessively loud, and with no sound dampening, people had to shout to hold conversations.

To top it off, their review QR code directs you to a website where you can’t leave any negative feedback—only six different AI-generated responses to choose from.
