Very much disappointed with the service in this store, I moved from New Zealand recently. I was gold member over there. Me n my friend been to this store to buy some stuff we were not wearing any makeup as we were tired from road trip our place was 5 hours drive from grand prarie and while she was trying to find shade for her one of staff member snatched the lip gloss from her hand and told her now she has to sanitise it, my friend felt really embarrassed. I ask them to give some samples as she didn’t know her foundation shades and we have told that they’re not giving any samples because of covid. But in nz i got samples while we’re in lockdown level 1 but don’t understand why they did it. But when I saw them talking to another person with full face makeup on that’s when I understood. Just becoz we’re wearing any makeup that means we will not get customer service as same as full makeup on person will get. Read moreI shop at Sephora A LOT. I am a Rouge member and wear full face makeup every day.. So while I am far from a professional, I do know a thing or two about the products I use on a daily basis. If I ever go to Sephora with no makeup on, I get treated far differently than when I go in full faced. To the point where its almost comical, I should really record it sometime. Some of the girls who work there are great, but they are few and far between. I find myself helping myself more than any staff is willing to help me. They are pretty slack at restocking the shelves when products are bought out, and no staff ever seems available to help until you dare open one of their overstock drawers yourself then they swarm to you! Overall this store has potential. Train the staff to be more customer focused instead of chatting up front or in the back of the store, and restock products regularly, and push for more product education... every staff member should know...
Read moreEvery time I go to Sephora Grande Prairie I always receive good service but this one takes the cake. I was in the market for a new perfume and had seen that they had a promotion going on. I am pretty particular in which scents I am drawn towards and both girls who helped me were very patient and helpful. I wasn’t finding any scents that spoke to me in store so the associate asked me what brand I typically used. I didn’t know the name of the brand but in my poor attempt in describing the look of the bottle and scent she was able to find something online. When I got home I was impressed that she had found the exact brand I had been using. The scent available on the Sephora website was different than the one I am currently using but I decided to order it and I’m excited to try out this new perfume.
