Purchased a living room set in May. Was told it was in stock, then at cash it was no longer in stock and awaiting shipment and won’t be available until end of June. Still went ahead with the purchase because a month wait wasn’t going to be a huge issue. End of June comes and goes and then I am told it will be end of July. Contacted them again (Store Manager) and now it will be “guaranteed” mid September before I receive my product that is fully paid for. I gave the store manager every opportunity to make it right without coming outright and asking what he can do for me in regards to this horrible experience and a “sorry” was pretty much his response. I myself am a manager and work in retail and give gift cards to my customers over a $20 mistake, or give them free items. I was offered a “sorry” although I spent close to 4K and will now wait 5 months for the item I fully paid for back in May! Do yourself a favour and buy your furniture elsewhere!
Update: Mid September has now arrived and low and behold now it will be mid October once it arrives and clears customs etc. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. They just tell you what they need to tell you to keep you on the leash. 6 MONTHS AND STILL HAVEN’T UPHELD THEIR END OF OUR BUSINESS...

Went in one day with no expectations & wade greeted us quickly and friendly told him we were just browsing which he was great about not pressuring or pushing a sale - we loved that compared to other stores.
The couch we ended up loving didn’t have the figuration we wanted so we told him we would measure at home, wade gave us his card & again didn’t push which made us so comfortable to come back.
Wade was happy to welcome us back & went through the purchasing process quick and easy! Delivery was available 2 days later!! That’s unheard of from any other store we went to, amazing! Delivery guys brought the couch up 3 flights no complaints or issues and set it up so quickly for us.
