We love it here!! This is probably the restaurant we use the most, and we have been coming to this specific location regularly for 16 years. The ONLY thing keeping them from being a 5 star, are minor fixes, so they should be able to fix it. The temperature: Its very cold inside, so I always end up having to dress for cold weather if we decide to eat in the restaurant. The second thing, is when ordering, sometimes theyre not good at listening on the phone, and the app really doesnt work well. BUT, the food is amazing, and the prices are affordable. The only thing i could comment on when it comes to the food, is that we can tell who is working, depending on how the food is prepared, so there is a discrepency on how the chefs prep the food, but its never been bad. The portions are usually filling & the staff is wonderful. I must compliment the managers, theyre actually very good at hiring people that fits the restaurant.
This is the perfect spot to bring your kids. The kids menu is substantial and full of variations. I feel that most restaurants forget about the kids and only offer the same 4 items every time: hot dogs, pizza, mcncheese & chicken fingers. Always... Sure, BP has these as well, BUT they also offer other options - making it equally exciting for the children to try new meals. Great job guys!!!
I also love the BP kids drawing packs, the reward program and the overall athmosphere of the restaurant. SO, turn up the heat & perfect the app and you will get your 5 stars. As food is concered though, youre still my #1. My favourite meal at BP is the halfrack with mashed potatoes & a size of bolognese spaghetti. Such a schmorgusborg of deliciousness :P
Hmm, now im hungry, maybe we should all order BP tonight? :)
Im leaving you with some photos of the food from our last visit. Everyone was happy with their meals and we even got to bring home some doggie bags.
Cheers...

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Boston Pizza, but my last visit was beyond unacceptable.
At 12:30 AM, I called to check if they could serve a brownie since they close at 1 AM. The server assured me that they were open and I could come in and get brownie. We arrived within 10 minutes, only to be told that they were no longer taking orders because the kitchen was closed(they dont even make brownie, they heat it up). When we asked for takeout instead, they refused that too. Why tell us to come if they weren’t going to serve us? It was a complete waste of time and showed a total lack of respect for customers.
This wasn’t my first terrible experience here. On another visit, a friend left his wallet inside after we finished eating. We stepped out and immediately realized it, but when we tried to go back in, the doors were locked. The staff inside could clearly see us knocking and signaling that we just needed to grab a forgotten wallet. Instead of helping, they ignored us like we didn’t exist. They refused to even acknowledge us, let alone open the door to ask what we needed. Ive had other incidents too apart from these with the staff.
The staff here have an awful attitude and act like they couldn’t care less about customers. It really felt like they were treating us differently just because we’re Indian. Every visit has been a disappointment, and I will never go back. If you want decent service and a respectful dining experience, do yourself a favor and avoid this...
Read moreI’m sure the kids and parents here that day would give a much higher rating. My fault for booking a gathering for adults on a Saturday afternoon at Boston Pizza. The staff did their best, but I wish they had read the situation: a 50 years birthday party between two adolescent basketball teams wasn’t the best seating plan. I had booked over a week in advance. At least a heads up to let us know how bad it would be would have been appreciated. We had three adults who were hard of hearing, and over the general din of a roomful of kids they couldn’t hear, but with kids literally standing next to our table yelling across the restaurant almost the entire time, conversation was impossible. We all had sore throats from trying to speak to the person next to us over it all. I know it’s not exactly high-end dining, but is there no standard of behaviour in public anymore? Anyway, that’s a parenting issue. The staff were slammed and they still smiled through it all and did their birthday song. I worked at a Boston Pizza in my day (never weekends, I guess), so I know the challenges. However, it was also shockingly expensive. I don’t know how it’s possible that 3 individual pizzas, a kid’s meal and a scoop of ice cream came to almost $100. They did have vegan cheese, which was positive, but they really just sprinkled it on. If you like NA style pizza, definitely ask for...
