This review is from 2 weeks ago on a Sunday Brunch. Me and my family go to restaurants quite often even if its okay, I don’t leave negative reviews as it hurts small businesses

We came in and there was maybe two or three tables. The restaurant was less than a quarter full and there was only one server. We were a group of five we had ordered five drinks. We got them around 15 minutes the server he was really nice however he wasn’t fully aware of what the items were on the menu as when we asked him some questions he was an entirely sure what was in it, and there was no description on the menu.

We received the first dish after 45 minutes. The bacon was missing on the dish. The eggs were cold. The hummus was bad for sure. Another dish was supposed to come with shredded beef. It came with ground beef.

The server wasn’t entirely too sure what to do either, and we were at a loss of words to be honest. The whole experience was very abysmal.

Three of the dishes still hadn’t come by by the one hour mark so we decided to leave the only silver lining was at the server, was willing to comp our entire meal

We still paid for the items that we had eaten as that was fair and I’m not sure if it was a one off experience because all the other reviews look pretty good even though they’re from new accounts but this was easily the worst experience I’ve had in...

We had one of if not the worst restaurant experience ever here. Don’t waste your time here, we have our doubts about the authenticity of the other reviews, because there was a reason they were empty at one of the busiest brunch times of the week. Just want to start of with, the server was great, a very kind and understanding person. The one chef - or whoever it was in the kitchen - however, will bring the place down. The restaurant was pretty much empty on a weekend afternoon, just us and one other customer. The coffees were terrible, watered down and lukewarm, took a long time to come, but the food was horrific and took incredibly long for “not a busy” restaurant. We didn’t even get all of our dishes and they were missing pieces and some of the dishes had meat that definitely went bad. Both the smell and taste were off. One dish came in near the end that wasn’t what the dish was supposed to be, we couldn’t touch even it. We noticed the other table left most their food as well. We eventually gave up on waiting for the last dishes and left. We love supporting businesses opening in Hamilton, but definitely won’t come here again. We left very hungry and...

We recently visited The Bloom Coffee and had an incredible experience! We ordered a warm and a cold pistachio latte, as well as two Spanish lattes, and every single one was amazing. We were so excited to finally find a place in Hamilton that makes Spanish lattes, and they absolutely did not disappoint.

Beyond the delicious coffee, the cafe itself is huge and beautifully decorated. The space is filled with authentic Yemeni and Middle Eastern-inspired decor, which creates a really unique and welcoming atmosphere.

While we only popped in for coffee this time, we took a look at the food menu and it looks incredible. We are big fans of Yemeni food, so we will definitely be back soon to try some of their dishes.

The owner was also super friendly, which made the visit even better. We highly recommend The...

Figured we’d try Bloom out as we’d seen the sign up for some time and were waiting for a nice coffee place on the mountain. We went for lunch and got hummus and pita, fries, and a couple of coffees. There weren’t any negatives during our visit, our server, Alexis was ever so sweet, and she did her best to make sure we constantly had everything we needed. The food menu looked delicious, and we’re definitely heading back to try the other items on the menu. Above all else, I’m glad there’s a place to work from and have good coffee! Pictured is a creamy iced mocha.
