I recently visited Metro Square and my overall experience left me with mixed feelings, leading me to give it a three-star rating. While the shopping center offers a decent variety of stores and services, there are areas that could benefit from improvement.
One of the positive aspects of Metro Square is the range of stores available. From clothing boutiques and electronic retailers to beauty salons and food establishments, there is a good mix of options for shoppers. This variety allows visitors to find what they need in one location, saving time and effort.
However, the overall atmosphere and upkeep of Metro Square leave something to be desired. The cleanliness of the common areas, including hallways and restrooms, could be improved. Additionally, some areas may appear outdated or in need of renovation, which detracts from the overall appeal of the shopping center.
Another area that could be enhanced is the customer service. While some stores provide friendly and attentive service, others lack the same level of professionalism and helpfulness. Improving the training and customer-centric focus of staff members would greatly enhance the overall shopping experience.
Parking availability can also be an issue at Metro Square, especially during peak hours. Finding a parking spot can be challenging, leading to frustration for visitors.
Despite these areas for improvement, Metro Square does have its merits. The location is convenient, and the presence of anchor stores adds to the overall shopping experience. Additionally, there are occasional events and promotions that provide entertainment and value to visitors.
In conclusion, Metro Square offers a decent range of stores and services, but there is room for improvement. Enhancements in cleanliness, customer service, and parking availability would greatly enhance the overall experience. While it may not be the most remarkable shopping center, Metro Square remains a viable option for those seeking convenience and variety in...
Read moreA very small plaza. Has a variety of shops on the outside and inside of the plaza mall. Most shops were closed on a Sunday. Was only busy near one of the stores where a large groups of people were playing with some TCG (trading card game), not too sure what.
The plaza has 2 floors, though everything on the second floor was closed. The plaza has fake and real plants scattered around the inside of the plaza.
There's 3 entrances and many others through the inside of other shops. There's also a food court with about 3-4 restaurants open. Food court wasn't too busy.
Other than the very busy TCG store, a very dead plaza. Not much to see. Not much to do than to eat at the restaurants within...

If your looking for a specialty trading card store they have one there, in my high school days I know they hosted yugioh tournaments and magic tournaments but that was a long time ago.
They also have a decent bakery there aswell, one item to try would be their pressed Taiwanese snacks, pineapple would be the flavour...
