I bought one rice cooker in here, it is really poor quality. I bought it in the morning, and used it afternoon, but I found the rice can only be half cooked (half raw, half done) no matter how long time I cooked it. Then I brought it back to the store afternoon. The cashier is unreasonable unfriendly. She told me that only the goods with original package can be returned within 7 days; otherwise, all goods can not be returned. I asked her if I do not use it, how can I know there is some problem for the rice cooker? (they should test all goods' quality before they sell the goods out to the customers according to their logic). the logic is unreasonable. Then the cashier told me to wait in the store, as she need cook the rice personally to see what I told her is true or not. I told her that I could show her the rice cooked in my home, but she ignored my suggestion.

I waited there at least 30 minutes, and finally they found that the rice cooker cannot cook the rice well.

Poor quality. There are some other electricity appliances, I even bought a small oven with 2 oven heads, after only 2 months, one of the oven head cannot be used.

I even saw one fight in the store, and when I check the google view and yelp view, many customers have the same bad experiences as me.

All goods are very poor quality plus the poor after sales service. I will not buy anything...

This would be a go-to shop of me and my husband when it comes to hard to find items that only an Asian Store can sell. Some items are pricey, some are cheaper. I suggest you explore and compare prices with other stores before buying. So far, all the items we bought here are of reasonable quality. They also have some selection of authentic Korean skin care and beauty products. You get what you pay for. There is one lady there who is not in uniform (perhaps the store manager) who is always friendly and accommodating. Some are either as friendly as her, some not that much.
