Review: I recently had the pleasure of trying the Cups Bingsu Dessert Coffee, and I must say, it was an absolute treat for both my taste buds and my eyes! The experience was nothing short of delightful, and I can't wait to share my thoughts.
Firstly, I opted for the Strawberry Matcha Bingsu, and it exceeded all my expectations. The presentation was beautiful, with a generous serving of finely shaved ice topped with vibrant strawberries and a dusting of matcha powder. The combination of the fresh, juicy strawberries and the earthy matcha flavor was simply divine. Each spoonful was a harmonious blend of sweet and slightly bitter notes, creating a refreshing and indulgent treat that left me craving for more. The portion size was perfect, allowing me to relish every bite without feeling overwhelmed.
In addition to the bingsu, I also tried the Mixed Fruit Tea, and it was a fantastic accompaniment to the dessert. The tea was expertly brewed, striking a perfect balance between fruity sweetness and a subtle hint of natural tea flavor. It was served with a medley of fresh fruits, which not only added a delightful visual appeal but also enhanced the overall flavor profile of the tea. Sipping on the refreshing mixed fruit tea while enjoying the bingsu was a match made in heaven.
The ambiance of Cups Bingsu Dessert Coffee was warm and inviting, with friendly staff members who were attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The seating area was comfortable, making it an ideal spot to relax and savor the flavors. The attention to detail in both the presentation and taste of the food and beverages was evident, reflecting the dedication of the team behind the scenes.
Overall, Cups Bingsu Dessert Coffee has won me over with their exceptional Strawberry Matcha Bingsu and Mixed Fruit Tea. The flavors were exquisite, the presentation was stunning, and the overall experience was memorable. Whether you're a fan of bingsu or simply looking for a unique dessert and beverage combination, I highly recommend paying a visit to Cups Bingsu Dessert Coffee. It's a true haven for dessert enthusiasts and a must-visit for anyone who appreciates the art of crafting delectable treats.

Read moreI came here on a Sunday and the place was absolutely empty…
Judging from the price, this place is aiming to be a premium option but unfortunately their drinks lean towards being too sweet and are only served using cheaper to go cups.
The service was average, nothing too bad but not amazing. I wonder if this place can turn it around because otherwise the ratio of 2-3 workers to 0 customers won’t be sustainable.
Edit: Oh I didn’t realize that the owner would respond so promptly which is a plus. I didn’t mean to insult you, and I hope you don’t feel that way. We had brought an unopened drink into the store which we didn’t open after respecting your request so it’s unfortunate that you felt it affected my review. Thinking back on it more, maybe it would explain why the service was about average. I also didn’t see any minimums per customer so I’m not sure why you feel upset about the amount of money we spent; if you do feel that this impacts the sustainability of your business or your cash flow, I’d suggest posting this information somewhere outside of the store.
My advice for future guests would be to stay away of how many items you’re buying per person, and to leave anything else you buy somewhere else before you...
Read moreA cute dessert spot that is bright and airy with lots of seating. The server was helpful and patient as we took a bit of time trying to decide what to order. During our wait times, we had fun accessorising and taking photos at their photo booth area. We ordered the Chocolate Forest, Mango Bingsu, Injeolmi Bingsu and Matcha Tiramisu Cake.
Chocolate Forest (3.5/5) was a bit too sweet for my liking but the server did try to make it less sweet which I appreciate. I did enjoy the coffee. It was strong which balanced out the sweetness of the chocolate syrup. I wish the matcha cream foam didn’t get overpowered as much by the boldness of the coffee and the sweetness of the chocolate.
Mango Bingsu (3.5/5) was delicious. Again, it was on the sweeter side maybe from the puree but the cubed mangoes were nice and fresh.
Injeolmi Bingsu (5/5) was a favourite. It’s a classic and you can never go wrong with ordering it. I really enjoyed the chewy mochi throughout this dessert which gave it a fun twist to it.
The shaved ice desserts were fluffy and had layers of sweet milk.
Matcha Tiramisu Cake (4/5) was creamy and airy. The matcha had an earthy flavour to it.
I would love to come back again to try out the other items...
