I grew up here in this China Town, and my parents knew some people here since they use to work in this area, I seen some reviews before making mine and I see that this is a hidden gem, and honestly IT IS it’s so underground but prices and service is amazing, I got their ice coffee or Vietnamese coffee and it was great I want to see their business to be successful which I’m pretty sure it is but I love to see it become an amazing well known store, the owner was really friendly and energetic and I think he remembers me when I was a kid before too which gave me such a warm feeling. 5/5!!! Ive been visiting this hidden gem for over a decade, and I can confidently say that their bánh mì remains as the best I’ve ever had ! The #1 option with cold cuts and Vietnamese-style meatloaf is sooo incredibly good, fresh and flavourful.
The bread is truly so good— so fresh, soft on the inside, and perfectly light and crunchy on the outside. It’s the ideal bread to complement all their fillings.
Best spot in the GTA, hands down.
Gentleman who runs the shop is really nice and funny, ordered a 4 pack of the sausages and he gave me an extra and he insisted! Slipped him a tip and he gave me another sausage on the side for it haha.

The Bahn Mi's are very good here and a great price at $2,50 My fav is the #3 , but they're all good. Freshly baked inhouse buns. Also for sale separately. The Vietnamese Spring Rolls are really tasty and only $1 each. Buy more and you'll get a better deal. Also ask for the sauce that goes with it. An essential in my books. The steamed Triangular dumplings with ground pork are tasty too and only $2 (I believe) as are the Steamed Pork Buns. Their made to order Vietnamese Ice Coffee hits the spot!!!
