Kiokii and... — Attraction in Mississauga

Don’t get me wrong for giving this location a one star. I absolutely love korean skincare and been here multiple times (that’s the only location I shop my skincare from)! Its the hours of operation for this store. I came here on Feb 7th at 8:50pm (just to find out the store was already closed), the hours on google are showing (closing at 9:30). I wasn’t that disappointed because I knew i didn’t call them beforehand and maybe they got an emergency.

I’m here again on Feb 8 and it’s heavily snowing. I drover 40 mins away to come to this store just to find out they closed it AGAIN!!! I CALLLEEDDD them before even making my way there just to make sure they are not permanently closed or something. The lady picked up saying they are open but only till 9pm (google hours are showing 9:30pm) i make it to the store by 8:30pm and they are closed AGAIN?!?!? I told the lady I was coming. This is VERYYYYYYY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!! Either tell me you guys are going to close so I shouldnt make my way there!

Who’s going to tell them that first of all they need to change their hours on google and secondly to NOT CLOSE the store before 9pm and not misleading the customer????? Whoever the owner or the management is needs to get their shit...

I am absolutely sad by the experience I had at this location I was so upset I wanted to actually cry I’m a big fan of all things Korean Japanese so I would always pass this store an thought it was cute didn’t know what they sold so I said today is the day I walked in was not greeted I was followed around the store an other people had the items they wanted to purchase while me I was told they would keep my things at the front I was never offered any kind of help with products an other customers were offed help an greeted very warmly I felt that maybe I was out of place as a black customer an i honestly would not come back to establishment simply because of the way I was treated I won’t spend my hard earned money where I’m not respected an I have plenty other option to purchase my Korean needs I hope the shop owners see this review an use it as a lesson treat everyone kindly you don’t know who anyone is when they walk into you...
