Lakeside Park has unique red stones on the beach. I was walking with my dog yesterday and I find this place is beautiful to walk in, to inhale the fresh air that becomes crisper and cooler. The place near the Lakeshore Park Unleashed Dog where I always bring my dog. I really enjoyed my walk and the beach they called it "COBBLE BEACH". I read why this beach is unique because the shoreline at the east end of the park contains buried clay pipes. Wow! That's amazing! It was remnants from the National Sewer Pipe Company that operated from 1955 to 1980. The pipes that fall into the water are rubbed against other pipes and rocks are weathered by the waves resulting in flat clay cobbles and eroded from the bottom of the lake. It's...

Beautiful lakeshore Mississauga with lots of great views and waters along with a breeze of fresh air and clean waters. Lots of good bars and restaurants on the strip and a large amount of parks with beautiful doves and goose to enjoy with family. Ofcrouse there’s no free parking but lots of great seating areas for families and kids! Also comes with great bike trails and walks if you enjoy nature. I enjoyed my...

This is a cool place to see the old water tower up close and imagine the zombie apocalypse or life in War of the Worlds. A walk or bike ride through the woods is refreshing in the heat of the summer. In the fall, on a nice foggy day, you can pretend it’s a haunted forest with your kids and be careful going around every corner.
