Hi Sugaring Management, I so wish if we could have an option to share the video. As a management, please listen to both parties and then take a call. A customer will never want to complaint if everything is right. Unnati wasn’t abusive at any point of time it was more of she raising the concern with your staff for the unsatisfactory services. Using washroom shouldn’t be called out here rather your team initially asks everyone to use washroom so that they or the customer donot face inconvenience during the service and based on which customer takes a call to use it or not. Also, if your team couldn’t accommodate a client due to other bookings please ask the customer and reschedule it rather than pushing the customer to show up early. We booked for 1:30pm where sugaring staff called and asked to accommodate at 1:15pm. Please share your email address so that we can send the video and proof of appointment booking. We were there at 1:15pm, and its was 45mins booking where the service was provided for 30mins. I was there try to understand the situation and willing to talk and sort this out but have to rush back due to my professional commitment.Please call us to know more details around this issue. Just putting up the note listening to one side (which is your staff) is not a right way to address customer issues, we booked the service for relaxation but returned with stress. Added an image of the appointment booked of 1:30pm not 1:15pm

Never in my life I’ve had worse acne on my face. I kept trying topical creams, salicylic acid wipes etc etc and they were starting to come in control. But what my face needed was a professional treatment to complement my at-home efforts and that’s when I visited SM&M and got a cooling Casmara facial with high frequency treatment. 6/5 for hygiene: They were judiciously following all hygiene and disinfecting requirements humanly possible. 👍 5/5 for the Vibe and Service: The vibe, and everyone on their team was super helpful and they suggested what was best option for my problem area. They even told me about what I should anticipate after the treatment and that the facial treatment will help complement and supplement my at-home efforts and they were right. 🎉 5/5 for the actual treatment: The high frequency treatment helped to control my acne breakout as Britney zapped them meticulously⚡️❤️ She was so kind and kept me informed about what she was applying and how it’s going to help. ✨ I highly recommend this place. They gave me a pocket mirror🪞(to remind me to admire myself more 😊😍) , and a post facial care sachet from Casmara. Britney even packed my mask in a ziplock bag and asked me to reuse it again within 24 hours as it fit right to my face lol 😁😍 Aren’t they great!? I’m definitely visiting again! Do try them, they’re a great bunch of talented women ❤️

Hi Jay C, couldn't agree more!!!

It is 100% money first with them. The $2.49 charge for a hot towel after the treatment is ridiculous! Not the $amount, the principle. After paying over $100 for a treatment, it doesn't cover the cost of a hot towel?

Once I booked online and included the cost of a hot towel. All paid in advance. When I was leaving, Marcus at the front desk tried to charge me for the towel. I told him I already paid for it. He checked and said, oh yes I see that now. Why wouldn't you check before trying to charge me??? The answer : because the potential of receiving an additional $2.49 is more important than customer service and basic common courtesy.

And yes, eager to get the billing, no matter what. I too have had them cancel on me at the last minute and that is ok according to them. Other way around... of course not.

This is such a money hungry place.

$2.49 extra charge for a hot towel after the service. So ridiculous. And its not just the $$, it is the overall vibe with this place and the front desk staff. Its all about the money.

And their cancellation policy : zero flexibility for situations out of your control, such as ice storms, etc. Any opportunity to grab the fee, regardless of the circumstance. On the other hand, they have cancelled on me when the therapist had a "family issue" to deal with. To them that is ok, however if I had the exact same situation, they would charge me!!

They cancelled on me and their automated message was sent indicating my appointment was cancelled along with a stern reminder of their cancellation policy!!! Who uses a booking system that doesn't differentiate between who cancels the appointment? A place that has customer service low on their priority list, that is who.

Oh, and before Spalon management starts their usual defence " we have no record of you being a client...blah...blah...blah" I have been a client quite a few times. You have a front entrance facing Hurontario. You have a back exit near the laundry machines. You have salon chairs and motorcycle at the front. You have a sugaring room. You have a Pineapple room. Your washrooms have small green facecloths as opposed to...

Always wonderful service!

June 3 2025. They still rock at customer service, providing a relaxing environment and peaceful soothing massages. My service provider today listened intently to my issues and soothed aching tired joints and muscles. Thanks Z for the wonderful massage!

It’s the end of 2024 and it’s so nice to see that the team is as united and committed so well together

It was a difficult year for them. All businesses go through those. But the team has held together so well And of course that team work has allowed them to share the best techniques, train new members so quickly and not miss a beat

Looking forward to 2025

Nov 13 2024. Some staff changes. We will miss those that have moved on. There are some great teachers here. Always wonderful to try out new therapists and esthetician’s.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Jessica has the best team and offers the best service you it’s the could hope for.

March 18/2024 When I first began receiving treatments here I was always encouraged to book with service providers other than the ones I was accustomed to. I didn't appreciate this advice at first but now do.

Each member has a different way of delivering the same great experience. I no longer have to wait days to receive a memorable, relaxing and enjoyable service. At the same time, depending on the type of service I am looking for I can choose the team member that is best suited for what I am looking for on that day from that treatment.

Turns out it was great advice!

Overwhelmed by the consistency of service.

“I was pleasantly surprised to find this service provider when my usual had to cancel. The Spa is very clean, organized and peaceful (a bit chilly inside but for a good reason! They will explain...) My Sugaring treatment was terrific, the procedure was explained well and was very easy, quick and efficient. The massage one of the best I have had in a while, I am usually a talker but it was so relaxing I just stopped to enjoy every minute of it.

Update: Owner invests in fake reviews but can’t invest in her bad business practice. What a joke. Decided to come back and read the owners nonsense response. I can see she continued to do this to others and has lost lots of business. Please visit THE BODY CLINIC in Mississauga close to Erin Mills. Lovely, professional ladies! Cancel even within an hour and you are not charged a dime. Jessica, you have zero customer service skills. Point, blank, period. Stop hiding behind your “cancellation” policy and be a good human! Hopefully your workers find a new place to go. You should also be reported for doing insurance fraud!

I have been going to this salon for about two years and have always been a good customer (referred friends as well), but today I had an appointment booked that they reminded me about ONE HOUR prior. I called to advise I could not make it and instead of being understanding, Jessica, tries to blame me and says they will have to charge my card. First of all, why are you reminding clients of an appointment one hour before. Second, your customer service was horrible and goes to show how you will treat a person that has been a long time customer. She still charged the full price to my card. I will NOT be returning. I understand it is responsible to remember your appointment time but based on the facts that I have NEVER done this before, still called, have been going there for years.. very disappointing service. I know smaller businesses that would never do this, at most they will charge 25% and even then they would evaluate the situation first.

I am sure had I dealt with any other staff member, this would not have been an issue, but Jessica always comes off as money hungry and I am happy to find a new salon. Not to mention the handful of times, I was asked to come in earlier or later for an appointment.. I never complained. I’ve requested a certain staff before and she was unable to be there, I was never notified until I got to the salon… still never complained.

I hope the 52.00 dollars you charged for a service I didn’t receive keeps your...
