I have a lot to say about this place but the only thing as a transit user I'm going to say is - Disappointment and sucked.

Reason: I do not understand why the sign boards in the parking lot from where you exit after walking out from the tunnel that connects Malton Go station - Suggests that gates 5, 5A and 6 are on your left while CLEARLY the entrance 6 is much more closer, walkable and approachable from the right side on the main entrance/ roadside.

I had my elderly parents who can walk but not an entire circle around the parking lot from gate 3, 4, 5, 5A and then double walking to entrance 6!!!

It took us 25 more mins, plus energy and we wasted time searching and walking for an event we made before time!

They were exhausted before even entering the event!

Why not post clear signs and easy accesses to people who take transit specifically when taking Go is encouraged while advertising that the Go station is connected. There were no sign boards plus the actual signs in the building itself are only on 1 side of the building so unless you walk around an entire huge warehouse you wouldn't know which building you have approached.

Absolutely stupid layouts for accessibility.

It's ok if you have a car and can zoom to another way if wrong but it costed time and energy for us who were walking. Not to mention some people from the centre I encountered were extremely rude when asked directions.

Tip: The easiest way to entrance 1 and 6 are from your right side when you exit the tunnel ( not from the left as the sign board says) not from the railway line...
