I placed an order for fried rice and fried wings for lunch and let me tell you how disappointing my entire experience was. Picked up the food and tried to snack on a chicken wing while driving home and as soon as I opened the food I can immediately tell you there is something so wrong with the food. While picking up my food, I had the best encounter went as far as tipping and complimenting the new renovations. So where do you find the audacity to sell your customers bad sour chicken? Do you have any idea how sick you could get a person from eating the chicken you serve? When I demanded my money back after barely touching the food your cashier refused the transaction. I had asked the chef to review the food right in front of me and as soon as he opened his own cooked food he seem taken back and shocked. Your staff had me raise my voice in front of your other paying customers in regards to the disgusting chicken you serve at your location. You literally could not afford that type of out burst while you had other paying customers. Your staff is a joke. Your food is disgusting. We don’t care how much money you put in to the outside of the business if you are planning to serve expired food in the kitchen. DO BETTER! Listen to customers! 🤮
P.S. I have paid a total of $34.00via debit. Your cashier quickly handed me 30.00 in cash once the entire placed started to smell because of the disgusting chicken. I will hold this place accountable if I come down with a...
Read moreWe went for dine-in on Sunday around 5 pm and ordered three appetizers: Tandoori Momos, Malai Soya Chaap, and Pav Bhaji. Honestly, I’ve never had worse versions of these dishes in my life.
The food came out one by one within five minutes. The momos were red and black and clearly reheated in a microwave or air fryer—they were only slightly warm and not crunchy at all & it tasted bad.
The Malai Soya Chaap was a disaster. The chaap was rubbery, drowned in an orange liquid sauce, and full of big, undercooked chunks of green pepper and onion that were impossible to eat.
Then came the Pav Bhaji, which was the worst of all. It came with only two pavs, and the bhaji smelled and tasted like they just heated packaged bhaji without any additional efforts or ingredients.
We told the server about the issues, but she said she couldn’t do anything since the chef prepared the food. She said she would inform him.
These three items costed me $48 and we left the place and had dinner at kesar sweets.
To top it off, the boys’ washroom door didn’t even have a handle, and the flush knob was broken.
We often go to their Steel and Torbram location and the food there is always great. This location was a huge disappointment and the food actually made...
Read moreI really had a bad time here. Me and my wife went to this place as this was the nearest option for food showing in Google. As we entered the restaurant , the atmosphere was shabby and place was too hot , I can blame it on heatwave outside but their ACs were not affected enough, since my wife was pregnant so we took a separate corner seat so that we can sit properly and comfortably.
Hygiene-😔The washrooms were not at all clean— tissues were loitered , water was all over the floor and gates were broken.
Food was Poor- We ordered couple of items including veg and non veg items but didn’t enjoy a single item. Moreover, I could see the skin/ tunic/scales/ leafs were mixed in chicken biryani which I had to pack it in the container because me and my wife could not eat it, which I told them but they didn’t even bother and the staff smiled and walk away by saying Ok.
Service- 👎🏻 Service was horrible , I had to call the staff and remind them for my ordered dishes multiple times but at different times , different staff member was coming and taking the same order again n again.
I would never ever suggest this...
