Friday 26th,January between 9:15 PM to 10:00PM. We were 4 people and went for dinner at this restaurant.The ambience is good,so is the food. Very tasty food with good portion. But with no service standards and staff who doesn’t know how to answer to your customer makes the entire experience a very bitter one. We ordered 2 parantha platter(2 parantha,curd,pickle) with specifically mentioning the types along with Amritsari kulcha. We were made to wait 20 minutes only to serve one platter at first which the server didn’t know what parantha it is.When we asked her,the reply was “Jo apne order kara tha wahi hain”(it’s what you have ordered). We didn’t know what parantha it was which eventually turns out to be something else which we hadn’t ordered. Items were missing in the platter,and when we clarified with her that you serve this as well in the platter, the server’s answer is-ok, if you want it,we will give it. On raising this to the manager, everything arrived on time, no delay service and infact another price of parantha which we never ordered. Thanks to the Manager cause she understood us, otherwise the staff who us serving at the restaurant are very much poor in attending to the guests. It’s not a matter of small things which you are paying for, or expect to come on time.Restaurants do get busy and it’s might take time, you may miss putting items on the plate, but atleast explain or answer to guests properly. You can’t undo things by giving complimentary things. Just do the basics right and at least deliver what you are charging for.No body is there for free food.
