I ordered the: Spicy Chicken Tandoori Poutine Smashing Strawberry Sundae

Both were fire 🔥 (especially the Sundae). I loved that the poutine had plenty of chicken and cheese curds. Always love a big, filling poutine!

The Sundae was my favorite part. It literally had a giant waffle cone in it! There's tons of ice cream, strawberries, whip creame, and a cheesecake on a stick (looks kinda like a cheesecake lolly!). Seriously, words don't do justice to this monster sundae. You gotta try it to understand the awesome taste. (Tip: Smash the waffle cone into the ice cream little by little as you eat. It gives it a nice crunch).

Service: 10/10 🙌

Our server was amazing! Really, all the servers were awesome. They clear tables quickly, are attentive to customers, fill your water, check in on you, etc. Our server was super nice and got us extra ice cream and whip cream for our Sundae.

Atmosphere: 10/10 👍

Another good looking location. They have creative logos, cute dessert characters, lots of bright colors, and nice dessert themed trim. It always looks fun, bright and happy. Overall, a nice place with good vibes.

Also, the tables, chairs, and booths are good looking, clean and comfortable. I feel like they put the effort in so customers will take their time having fun while enjoying their desserts.

What can I say, Dspot? You got me hooked! I love all your locations, and Malton is another hit in my books!

We reached this location around 1.15 last night, we work at a restaurant 25 mins away so went to this location to dine after closing our restaurant. We understand the meaning bb of last call and understand people want to wrap up and go home. We placed our orders by 1:30ish because the service was slow, it took so much time to even get our drinks on the table. During our mains the server came to us and asked us if we were comfortable with getting our dessert to go and to which I responded NO. Because we live a little far from this location and by the time we reach home it would lose its form and we didn’t want that. So I told her to bring it and that we would eat it as fast as we can and this was around 1:50. Around 2 they were like my manager has asked you to take the dessert home and I responded that we didn’t want it anymore because no one told us this when we were first seated. You have one table and you can’t even bring out the food fast. The manager then gave us a look and voided our dessert, after that he simply walked away. I don’t know how everyone’s giving out 5 stars to this place, maybe it’s the food, the server seemed nice too, but the manager sheesh, how do you treat customers like that? I visisted this place, Travelled 1 hour, I came at 1.10 , this guys told me they can’t make me anything because they are closed. I travelled to get the service, and she told me it will take 15-20 mins to turn on the machine, and she turned off the machine. I told her, it is okay I can wait. The girl walks inside and talks to another 2 girl, all of them are laughing and saying they won’t do it. This girl came back, said they can’t do it. I asked her to speak to someone above her, she went inside and they are giggling and talking that they are not going to do it for us. Muskan, the girl came and said sorry, it takes 30 mins to turn on the machine, my friend works at the desert shop, I know how long it takes. The only problem is closing should start 15 min before not 45 min. If you guys are closing at 1.15 then why don’t you change your timing to 1. Muskan and other 2 girls are not serious about their job clearly, I told her I will complain about this and I am travelling from far. She said sure, in so much arrogance and all of them started laughing. What kind of customer service is this ! And this is so disrespectful as well. You guys need to train your employees to behave.
