Service was good only BY ONE server who was the oldest of the group. She hustled harder than the others at over 60 , but the younger girls dragged thei heals, were rude brought the place down.
One of the waitresses made a customer pass a chaie over his head when she set up a table for 12 right behind them and couldn't be bothered to move the tables away from the family eating..
That same girl took our order, acted like it was a hassle, didn't even let is finish saying what we wanted before grabbing the menus and turning hwr back...when I said hold on my wife woild like an orange juice too please.. she turned back with attitude.. gave me a "K" and dragged her heals walking away after looking at me like a p.o.s. for asking . I hope Edna the older lady gets the tip I left JUST FOR HER and that these girls don't all split the tips... cause it's not fair to have someone like Edna come over 4xs with coffee and then get treated like that frlm the other horrible lazy waitress, for the latter to get half of what I left for Edna working hard. Read moreOur server Kim deserves a raise 11/10 customer support experience. Our other server was beyond rude, if she solely served us we probably would have left. Their patio was closed because of COVID? But it would have been nice to sit outside given that inside was crowded. The reason I am giving 2 stars is I ordered the lox on avocado sourdough bread, not only was there not enough avocado, the bread wasn't sourdough it was rye ( which for someone with a gluten sensitivity is a big deal) and the lox/fish was warm ( which ew it should be straight out the fridge cold.) On top of that i got an orange juice @ 5.50$/glass the first server gave me a broken glass and when i advised of this she proceeded to bring me a plastic cup with my orange juice which she had poured out of the broken glass ( beyond unprofessional). Another note is the washroom was filthy. There was stuff (use your imagination) all over the toilets exterior and seat.
Overall i wouldn't go to that location again for the lack of cleanliness but i would go back...

While the whole placing order experience is user friendly, this is my second time I'm having an issue with receiving order confirmation. I've been getting an error upon pressing 'confirm order'. This leaves a doubt in my mind, did my order get send through, did my card get charged, etc. To make me even more anxious, the bill amount gets added to my credit card The customer shouldn't have to worry about placing an order in 2021. And to top it all of, when I'm trying to call your location and clarify, I just hear a message, "the customer I've called has a voicemail that has not been initialised". So I come to the location to double check and get informed that they didn't receive an order under my name. Please make the necessary improvements to the process of placing an order on the website. Or have your phone readily available to receive orders. Also note, their app is just for show. You cannot...
