Beardlington Café — Attraction in Montreal

Cafe 4/5 Coffee was good and the space is really nice. Counter service could use a more guided approach for those looking for a walk-in haircut. But otherwise friendly.

Barbershop experience was a 2/5. 2 points for cleanliness and atmosphere. Got seen right away as a walk-in, asked for a specific haircut. Was told at the end by my barber that he hates giving that style of haircut and that he instead gave me a different one without checking with me. I’ve been a patron of the original Beardlington on Wellington since 2017. I’ve had nothing but the best encounters there; clean cuts, a pampered experience and exceptional costumer service. I didn’t think they could do better, until I walked into Cafe Beardlington. WOW! This place is beautiful. I feel like I’m in an upscale cafe without spending that kind of money. Deo’s been cutting my hair for the past year, and I haven’t looked back. He’s super consistent, always gives a clean cut, and really listens to what you’re going for. He knows how to take your idea and make it work for you.

The shop is also tied into a little café, so you can grab a solid latte while you wait. It’s a cozy spot, good vibes all around.
