Asked for Timatin blt and in the 3 years I’ve been occasionally going they never put butter. Today I went and they lathered it up sooo much it tastes like pure salt. I asked why and was told it protocol. I mentioned I never ate a sandwich lathered in butter like that and it’s new . Manager came and weirdly asked me who has ever made my sandwich with butter before like I remember the workers name. They blew a small situation into a big on over a bagel with butter with their “new” butter protocol . Very bad service , food is blah and never hot and the way they handles their mistake by putting me in situation where I have to name call other workers is pathetic and unprofessional. Not my first bad encounter either but enough is enough . Take the extra 5 mins and go to carrefour...

Be careful for your order! Check it by yourself to make sure you get what you want! They never listen! This morning, I ordered 2 trio breakfast (coffee, hash brown and sandwich). I repeated at least 3 times for this order before I paid and then, when they said my order was ready, I found they gave me only 1 coffee , 2 pieces of hash brown and 2 sandwich. So I told them they missed one coffee and I was told that I only paid for one. I ordered 2 TRIO! It is a easy order and their cashier only charged for one coffee but charged all others 2 times, what kind of employee can make this stuipd mistake? I have to explain and wait them checked my order again and again because their mistake and pay again for the second coffee! It...

Just waited 25 mins for a bagel. Wasn't even toasted... so I'm not sure why it took so long. Nice workers just not very efficient or bright. The coffee is good I really dont recommend getting food because it's going to take a long time, it's going to be undercooked and more than likely they'll screw it up (I ordered a plein gôut bagel and the person gave me a plain bagel which is understandable but instead of going on to the next customer maybe finish stuff you start even if you screw up or ask for help if they're too many customers, I was 1 of 3 but wtvr). I'd give 1 star but they were nice friendly folks and the coffee is good just steer clear...
