I’ve always wanted to learn Kung Fu and it was such a delight to have found this studio just 7 minute bike ride from my house. I stopped exercising during the pandemic in 2020 and was feeling unmotivated and out of shape. But after my first observation session, I felt immediately inspired by the spirit and energy in the room, and joined the group a couple weeks after. The teaching is high-quality and solid, Shifu is attentive and knows the name and the progress of all his students! Here, we train not only the physical form, but also the discipline, the respect and the art of Chan (Zen).
