Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Montreal

This was hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had — and just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, it did.

I ordered online from Pizza Pizza, and their app clearly states “delivery guaranteed within 40 minutes.” My order showed up 1 hour and 25 minutes later. That’s nearly a full hour late. Not a word of apology, no compensation, nothing.

So I called them — big mistake. They were unbelievably rude, dismissive, and hung up on me not once, but TWICE. I’ve dealt with bad service before, but this? This was next level. It honestly felt like they were going out of their way to be disrespectful.

Pizza Pizza, if you’re reading this: you’ve lost a customer for good. If you’re thinking of ordering from here — just don’t. Save yourself...

i ordered the pizza for delivery. my pizza dough was not fresh . So i placed complaint for that. Customer service told me they will give me another pizza in 30 minutes. but i was waiting for 1 hour and didn’t get the order. i called customer services next morning. first they told me they cant deliver the pizza and i have to go there to pick it up. when i went there at the scheduled time, then the manager told me he was not on the work yesterday and didn’t know anything. but his way was not polite. i called the customer services again, then they make the pizza for me. and then again manager told me that there pizza dough cant be bad, so i showed him the old pizza picture.

it was not a good experience with this store. i will never go to this...

Today I ordered pizza through phone and waited for 45 minutes to get picked up to the store . As soon as I went and ask my pick up at the store he got my name and said it was canceled. I was wondering and arguing with that gentleman for some time . Then I made a call to the customer Center to know what went wrong it was one lady she couldn’t answer me clearly keep saying again and again something which is not pertinent while I was speaking she transferred the call to another agent where I have to explain everything from square one and now guess what she said there was no order under phone number . Look when these people work irresponsible like this it will definitely create lots of problems...
