Ordered on DoorDash following their open times, order got confirmed right away, and then 20 minutes later when the driver was about to get to the restaurant the order was cancelled.

If you don't take orders past a certain time, guess what? Don't set yourself as open on delivery services at those times and don't confirm the order, pretty complicated huh? If you're out of the menu items? Don't confirm the order and then cancel it far too late. Wasted everybody's time and the driver's gas money.

It's amusing because this was going to be my first time getting food from here, and I was already going above my budget to try it out, but instead of a good first impression and a repeat customer, now your first impression is that you don't care about the customers or the drivers enough to simply go into the management of your food delivery services and set the correct times. I'll happily stick with not giving you my money from now on.
