Dairy Queen (Treat) — Attraction in Niagara Falls

If I could give zero stars, I would.

My 14-year-old daughter has visited this Dairy Queen several times and has been wrongly accused of using counterfeit money on three separate occasions—each time by the same female manager. On one visit, the manager refused a $20 bill, claiming it was fake. I personally had the bill verified at our bank, and it was confirmed to be real.

The manager later asked my daughter, “What happened with the fake $20 bills?” My daughter explained the bank confirmed the money was valid. Despite this, she has been repeatedly harassed and publicly embarrassed—with no proof and no involvement from police.

Most recently, she ordered a Blizzard, and after the newer employee served it, another male staff member took the cup, scraped the top into the garbage, and handed it back to her. This was not only unnecessary but deeply disrespectful. Once again, the manager publicly accused her of passing fake bills “every time she comes in.”

This is harassment of a minor. If the staff truly believed a child was committing fraud, the police should have been contacted—not the child humiliated in public.

Shameful behavior from a business that’s supposed to serve families. We will not return—and I strongly encourage others to think twice before supporting this...

It’s just amazing everything is well cleaned and good environment nice i like to visit again at this store. I’ve been to Dairy Queen many times, and honestly, it’s one of those places that never really gets old. For me, DQ is less about being a regular restaurant and more about being a comfort spot. Whenever I go there, it feels a bit nostalgic—like something special even though it’s just fast food and ice cream.

The best part, of course, is the ice cream. Their Blizzards are legendary, and every time I get one, it feels like a treat. I like how thick they are and how they flip the cup upside down—it’s kind of cheesy, but also fun. My go-to is usually Oreo, but I’ve tried other flavors like Reese’s and KitKat, and they’re always good. The dipped cones are another favorite of mine, especially the classic...

Very disappointed with my small strawberry blizzard for almost $8.....no strawberry to be seen or tasted? Really? For that amount of money, so sad 😞 I went back to let the girl know: Well she said it's a kind of sauce while she lifts the lid and says oh I think I forgot to stir it. So wat are you doing, just chatting with the two of you 🤔, I was the only customer at that time??? Customer service is something not taught anymore I guess.

DQ please don't thank me for my feedback and send me to some link. That's not what this is about. Train your staff properly!!! You are giving the same automatic?reply to every single review. What does that say about you? And no I will not visit this DQ location ever...
