Exchange: I went to exchange an eyeliner which is my go to product. It was very dry and chunky and came broken so I could not use it, not even once. So dry that when the greeter opened the cap to have a look, the colour part fell on the floor so she had to pick it up and stick it back in. The store did not exchange it and here are their reason and the actual truth: 1- You have made the same purchase from Toronto 4 days after this one, so you have probably brought their product to us.(Haven’t been to Toronto in almost 2 years whereas this purchase was made less than a month ago) 2- There is less than 50% of this eyeliner is left, meaning I have been using that.(If I even tried to use this dry eyeliner, I would’ve end up damaging my eyelid and trust me I tried but I couldn’t get any colour out of it unless I pressed really hard which I would rather not) So not only I was accused of lying and being a scam, I also lost my money. Read moreI have been a VIB Rouge customer of Sephora for years! I buy thousands of dollars of product a year. Recently my daughter and I bought 3 Dior Glow lip oils. One of them separated, grew clumps of pigment and started smelling awful. We went to the store we purchased it at and were told that we were just over the 60 days exchange/return time. We were given a customer services phone number and I called to explain the situation. The person on the phone explained because we bought it in store and not on line that the store should have handled it. I was then offered a $16 credit to use. This product was $50!!!! I was then placed on hold for a long time and I explained that I had to go and maybe a manager could call me when they were free. Two days later and no word from anyone! Guess what Sephora? I spent hundreds of dollars here which isn’t hard but I would expect that would set the bar for the products I was buying. I specifically got a tinted moisturizer and was so excited for it. When I got home to try out all my new products I used the tinted moisturizer and it was all separated and I tried to mix it but it was just basically like grease on my face. When I went to the store to return it all the girl said was “oh that must have been so frustrating” didn’t offer me a new product, didn’t see if they had another one in stock or even look at the product to see the problem. You would expect a bit better service from a place like this and with the prices for their products to actually not be expired or whatever as wrong.
