I struggle with places like Kanata Centrum Shopping Centre. There is a lot here. Many stores. Many restaurants. But it's very spread out and and trying to get around on foot in the winter is nothing less than a dangerous ordeal. If you don't slip on the ice you may be run over by drivers struggling to see through the frost, snow or fogged windows. If you've bought something you may have to drag it around for the 2km round trip from one end to the other.....in whatever weather. Steaming heat or freezing rain. It's expected EVERYONE will be driving everywhere playing musical chairs with car parks as they go.

This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially when it affects a 15-year-old who worked hard to save for this purchase. It’s utterly disappointing and frustrating.
Warning to buyers: If you purchase from them, make sure to open and inspect the product in-store before leaving. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service is shocking. The manager, Marc, was particularly unhelpful and showed zero understanding.
Stay away from this company unless you want to risk your...

Everything except for La Noodle had a 50-100 minute wait? We arrived at 5pm. Many people turned away from all restaurants. la Noodle was good. We enjoyed it's authenticity and it was quiet and wasn't lacked with the usual hockey crowd. Lots of parking on site, but similar to many of these poorly designed parking lots you can think you're going somewhere only to be cut off by medians and concrete when you see where you want to go and drive there it doesn't work. So park anywhere and walk around and check out the many shops in this...
