I recently had an exceptional experience at a store, where Grace and Natalie went above, and beyond to assist me these two individuals demonstrated genuine kindness, and showed immense patience throughout my visit. I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding customer service. What impressed me, the most was their unwavering commitment to helping customers even after the store had officially closed Grace and Natalie graciously took the time to addits me in selecting a few skincare products. their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile truly made me feel valued as a customer. Plus they were very sweet. it was also a very welcoming atmosphere making me feel it. Is that the entire shopping experience. furthermore, I was really insecure about my skin, care and face, but they made me feel really safe and not judge. They listened attentively to my skin care concerns and offered valuable advice without any hints of judgment. Also, I requested a mask and semi delight they thankfully provided me one which made me really happy, small things do matter. Also, they help me choose an amazing eye contacts! I was at this store last month to exchange the eyebrows waterproof pencil, which I bought at Eaton center location in downtown , I realized the product was a final sale - no exchange/ no refund afterwards- but the pencil I bought wasn’t a right color choice for my brown when I tried it out - so I brought it back to this store -hopefully the staffs will let me exchange it for the different ones that match my brown colour, I was served by Lilian , she was very nice, understanding but she couldn’t do anything for me except talked to Grace ( her manager??) about the situation- both of them did their job beyond their duties with their dedications to help me after a long communication with the Kiokii’s manager at the Eaton center location where I bought the product, finally they help me choose the exchange ones /the right ones for me to my satisfaction, which left me with very good impression about their customers service- if you’re there and be served by Grace or Lilian , I am sure you will be very happy and leave store with satisfaction and good feeling- they value customers with their above and beyond job, I believe in overall they will do very good in their job with their attitude like that in the future … the store lucky to have staffs like them .
