Dr Meng's office is second to none! From receptionist, hygienist, to Dr Meng, everyone in the office is welcoming, caring, and professional.

A few years ago, I was only here (recommended by my friend) for my kids after moving to the neighborhood. After the first visit, I noticed the ladies at the reception desk were so sweet and knowledgeable and willing to help everyone. Whenever we visit, their warm smile is always the first offered. They also fax coordination insurance paper on behalf of us to claim insurance , we just need to sign the paper and never need to pay in advance. They are also very happy to help with appointments and rescheduling.

Later after a couple more visits, I noticed more and more how Dr Meng's truly standing besides her patients and family's side and providing professional while considering and customized advices that suitable for our needs, together with outstanding services to us, I brought all my family to her.

Recently, Dr Meng surprised me by fixing my front teeth that are initially fluorescent yellow discolored (aka, Tetracycline Teeth 四环素牙). She heard my regrets that I was never comfortable to smile big with them being yellowish and blackish, and understood that an inexpensive solution other than porcelain vanier would be preferred, and so alternatively she recommended a special treatment that would bring cosmetic effects to the surface of my teeth; and also it will be covered by my insurance. Now with all 10 front teeth facelifted, I can finally smile to all, even cameras, with the biggest smile. I have being waiting for it for 40+ years! Whoever has the same issue, I would highly recommend you talk to Dr Meng to find out the best way for you!

In short, I can't thank Dr Meng and her staff for more! They together definitely have made each of my dental visit easier and happier! From a person who dared not go to a dentist to nowadays falls asleep in their chairs while cleaning or a filling or even a crown visit, they have changed entirely how I felt for a dental office.

I got my braces here, Dr. Meng is professional, patience. she has signs of professionalism. Here is a little story. I had decided to take invisible before, and the price is higher then the regular braces. When I first time saw Dr Meng. she highly recommend me to take regular braces. Because she said. 1. invisible do not have the strong strength to make my teeth to the right positions. 2. It may take longer time compare with metal braces. 3. if you insist still choose invisible, it may have chance that you need still use metal braces later on. 4. Invisible cost more. I talked to the other doctors before I met Dr. Meng they all suggest me use invisible. As my understanding, to be an excellent doctor. to care patience's condition is the first majority. I’ve had various experiences at this clinic, but the most recent one has caused me to realize the dentists at this clinic don’t really understand what patient centred care is. There was lack of transparency regarding the care my mom was receiving, where she was getting treated for a tooth that she was told she didn’t need (by the same dentist - Dr. Farahmand). The lack of expertise in administering anaesthesia caused intense unnecessary pain and ended up sending my mom to the emergency room. The most infuriating part was not the fact that she went to the emergency, but the negligence in care and disrespect that she experienced at the clinic before the paramedics came to get her.
