Spring 2024 Update: Parking = 5/5 (did not go during rush as per usual though) Cashier = 5/5 Fast and friendly and efficient Food = 5/5 -Mushroom melt: delicious, I love the cheese with the mushrooms -Double Primeburger: Hearty, juicy, and flavourful.

Atmosphere: 3.5/5 -the place is clean, but nothing special about it

Nov. 2021 update Parking = 5/5 (did not go during rush hour mind you) Cashier = 5/5 - FAST and friendly as per usual Fries = 5/5 - Tasty Double Primeburger = 5/5 - Delicious as always. One of the best if not the best burger in the GTA (definitely top 3, depends on the day which is my favourite)... Mushroom meltburger = 3.5/5 - Cannot remember off hand what it was actually called but it was okay, nothing special about it as have had better mushroom and cheese burgers so a disappointment, especially since had this before and it was good, this one was not...

Jan 2020 update (went Tuesday @ lunch rush): Parking = 4/5 (found a spot easy) Cashier = 5/5 - FAST, took the order of the person in front of me, then jumped tills to take mine, then jumped tills to take the person behind me. MUCH IMPROVED from the first visit, very impressed at the new system! Fries = 4/5 - They were good. Cooked well, just not as tasty as the first time, but still much better than just about any other fast food place's fries in the GTA. Double Primeburger = 5/5 - 12 oz of delicious beef with cheese. So tasty, and juicy, and every bite was full of flavour as they put seasoning in their burgers, DELICIOUS! Mushroom Meltburger (or whatever it is called, mushrooms with cheese burger) = 5/5 - absolutely delicious, the mushrooms and the cheese blend together well and linger when you bite into it a bit which I find so satisfying. Freshburger = 5/5 - I bought this for a sibling who was at my folks place but she had left early. My mom who does not like burgers smelled it when I got in and asked what it was. I told her, she tried it, she loved it, said said it was 'gooooood' which is not what my mother, a proper British raised lady, has EVER said about a burger, EVER! I was laughing when she asked for my 2nd freshburger I had which I was planning on saving for dinner (yes I did give it to her). :) Drinks = 5/5 - I get minute maid orangeade for the same price as a pop, awesome.

2019 visit: Parking = 2/5 (either go when it is not busy, else plan to park in the parking lot illegally) Cashier = 3/5 - Was constantly yawning, also gave me the wrong time for how long would my burger take (said 10 minutes, took 24 minutes). Fries = 5/5 - BEST FRIES EVER! Simple, delicious, tasty, awesome, perfect fries. Have never tasted a fast food place with fries like these, absolutely outstanding. Tasty and delicious. Burger = 5/5 - Just so good (had the prime double with cheese), absolutely amazing. Drink options = 5/5 - Juice = same price as a pop, thumbs up to that. Had minute maid mango juice, delicious. Music in the restaurant = 1980s radio music = different but nice

Overall: Would I return = Hell yes Are the fries worth it = Yes, even when travelling from out of the area Is the burger worth it = Yes

Suggestion for the owner, you need another grill, your burgers are so awesome and probably could use an additional grill as saw that the grill was to the max (in terms of space used cooking the burgers throughout lunch), absolutely amazing food though (despite the wait), will return (will probably call in my burger ahead of time next time - 1st time here as came due to a youtube video recommending your...

TLDR; One extremely hostile and rude worker that yells at customers, needs better communication. Other staff was nice.

We had called in about 10 minutes before the store closed and asked if it was still ok to come in since we were about a 2-3 minute drive away. They said as long as we came in before 7PM we were ok.

When we got there it was about 5 minutes before closing, which I completely understand could be annoying to the workers - hence why we called in advance. One of the cooks raised their voice and said NO MORE ORDERS WE ARE CLOSED. We explained that we had just called in. They replied "We meant you had to make the order over the phone before 7PM". We got there at 6:55PM. So to me - it didn't really make sense, it was disappointing but we understood and were getting ready to leave.

A kind worker decided to let us order and ushered us to the kiosk - we were a bit disoriented since we were getting ready to leave but thanked them and we tried to order as quickly as possible, When the same cook that yelled earlier yelled again "YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS FAST, HURRY UP". This overwhelmed us more, and we just ordered as fast as we could. We finished our order but our friends were still confused if it was ok since the cook was visibly upset at us and his fellow staff.

Cook then cut us off from ordering and said "They're taking too long, close it don't let them order". We had paid for ours at this point, our friends didn't get to order. Mind you - this was within maybe 30 seconds - 1 minute. It did not take long. We were confused and overwhelmed by him yelling at us when we just wanted to give them business, we understood their restraints and were on our way out. We weren't being rude about the miscommunication during the call. We did not deserve to be yelled at and shown hostility. WE JUST WANTED TO TRY THEIR BURGERS LOL. By the time we left the store it was 7:05PM. I'm sorry to the angry cook for keeping him past 5 minutes.

As much as I appreciated the other staff who tried to let us order, I would have rather we left like we had originally intended, given the hostility and treatment we got from the one cook. I understand internally, there was miscommunication, but I don't believe that at any point we were being disrespectful, entitled or rude about them not letting us order. We were just sad, and were about to leave.

I appreciate the other staff who did apologize on his behalf, but no paying customer deserves to be yelled at, overwhelmed and talked down to in that way - especially when we were complying to their ask to leave. I hope that the team works on their internal communication so this doesn't happen again, and that the cook reflects on how his behaviour can impact the business and be kinder to strangers who just want a burger. Food was good - but this location gave us a slightly traumatizing experience with the cook. I don't think I could ever support this...

Great tasting burgers and fries, but way too expensive in my humble opinion. Definetly fresher then McDonald's but not worth the price, although portion sizes were decent. The burger had so much juice that it broke the bag, making the final bites uncomfortably moist and difficult to eat without making a mess. Typing this review reminds me, I FINALLY FIGURED OUT why my shorts have a stain on them thst I can't remove, it was from eating the burger LOL (sorry I got carried away there, that has nothing to do with the store, I'm just messy)! Anyways, the fries were crispy and fluffy on the inner and free condiments like Cajun seasoning stuff and ketchup are available. The soda is in a can so you can't have refills like McDonald's or KFC etc. But at least that helps stop you from consuming a butt ton of sugar... See photo for an idea of the food. I forgot the option I ordered but it was the middle priced choice, with cheese. Probably called cheeseburger or something along that line... tasted fantastic but I don't like spending nearly 20 bucks for what is essentially fast food combo. Doesn't matter how fresh it is, it's basically just fast food like any good ol Burger King or stuff. Thr store is slightly small but clean enough, service is friendly and nothing to complain...
