I contacted them asking her if they had any two bedrooms available in a very large area. Had a whole conversation with Sophia and ava about how I wasn't interested in applying to anything until I have viewed the unit. She responded to me with quote " Absolutely, we wouldn't want it any other way - we will always insist on seeing places first, because pictures can be very deceiving - you can do a lot with photoshop😉" she then proceeded to email me application information and everything like that and then told me that she was only interested in moving forward once I filled out and sent her all of my information. I told her I wasn't comfortable in that because she sent me over 20 different units for similar addresses and I was interested in viewing quite a few of them before applying to them as our needs for a unit cross a fine line as we are a family And I stated to her that we had this conversation yesterday and I even screenshotted her message and sent it back to her. SHE THEN TRIES TO LIE TO ME! She said and quote " Sorry about the mix-up—I thought you were referring to the website and whether you needed to create an account. Unfortunately, we do need some information before the showings. In our experience, it becomes unnecessarily complicated for a rental to move forward without the application and documents ready in advance." To which I responded to her if she was going to try to lie to me when she clearly stated that viewing the unit prior to applying to it was important to them because of people "photoshoping" nowadays then I'm uninterested in moving forward as lying over something that simple is kind of super unprofessional, Her only response was that she wished me luck. (I want to include that I already had the conversation with her that we had everything ready pay stubs, credit report, yada yada yada, ready to go If we were interested in a unit so all we had to do was fill the application for whatever unit we were interested in and apply) I'm sorry but if you cannot maintain a professional honest relationship with your clients I'm not sure how you expect people to trust giving you all there personal information and money. I just shared this info in Hopes nobody else has a bad experience with them. Both Ava and Sophia were truly sensational and honestly a gift from God not to mention such a pleasure to work with!! My fiancé and I were faced with an unfortunate and sudden life altering situation when our landlord hit us from left field deciding to sell their home which had left us super stressed trying to find our next home. but with these two, unlike other real estate agents I’ve came accross in the past they really are dedicated to helping you find your perfect home ,no matter what it takes or what obstacle they are faced with ,they succeed at every challenge life throws at them and they are both such amazing people and a joy to be around. They truly made this experience easy and stress free and was with us every step of the way and I cannot find enough words in this world to describe how greatful and blessed we were to find these two gems. Without hesitation I would highly recommend them and refer them to anyone and everyone who is seeking real estate help ,whether it’s rental or purchasing or knowing your rights they know best and I know the search was over after finding them. Sophia and Ava were constantly looking out for my best interests. I would highly recommend them over and over again, not only did they answer all of my questions as a first time home buyer with patience and care, they made sure to also look out for me when viewing properties and pointing out the pros and the cons so I could carefully look over my best choices. There was no pushing or upselling it was all laid out to me so I would be comfortable on my own terms. They also had a referral or someone I could reach out to if I needed any external resources for any of the steps along the way.
