We took our twin 3 year old grandsons to Mino Club Cafe. We were looking for an indoor place that was suitable for their age and safe for them to play while allowing their Mom and I to have something to eat. Well it was a huge hit! The space has a lot of very fun activities for kids 5 and under. The boys were able to run around freely to the various activities and play. Julianna, the attendant on duty, was pleasant, responsive and constantly on the move cleaning and tidying up. She was excellent! We arrived Friday afternoon at 4:30 pm and were able to stay as long as we wanted. We had coffee drinks and then dinner. It arrived on a train to our table that the boys loved it! We ordered pork on rice, popcorn chicken with rice, a pink burger combo and chicken nugget combo plus two coconut latte drinks. All were simple but tasty and reasonably priced. Made on the premises so fresh and hot. We will definitely be back. Thank you Mino’s for creating such a fun and enjoyable space for toddlers.

I used to give this place five stars, but when I visited recently, they didn’t allow outside food or drinks. The toys and the facility were dirty and messy. I probably won’t go there again. ★★★★★+++ It looks like the ownership recently changed and the place was renovated. There are so many toys, with a great variety, which is wonderful. The coin-operated rides are free—unlike other playgrounds where you have to pay extra on top of the admission fee, here kids can ride as much as they want. There’s also a café where I saw food being delivered by a little train, which was fun to watch. Another nice point is that you’re allowed to bring in your own food and drinks, which is different from most other playgrounds. But what really makes this place special is the staff—they were so kind. When we visited this morning, they even gave us a juice on our way out. Maybe it was just something extra they happened to have, but compared to other playgrounds, this one really feels unique.

The staff at this place is incredibly friendly and attentive, making it a great spot for children between the ages of 2 and 8. When I brought my 2 and 4-year-olds here, they had an absolute blast exploring all the different stations. From the ball pit and slide area to the dress-up corner, grocery store, mini trampoline, Barbie station, kitchen station, and sensory pebbles, there was so much for them to enjoy. I also noticed that there were cute balloons available for purchase when we walked in, which was a nice touch. Additionally, I took a peek at their party rooms and was impressed by the high ceilings and spaciousness. It was also reassuring to see the staff actively cleaning and being attentive to the kids during our visit. While they don't currently offer food for purchase, you're more than welcome to bring your own.

Honestly the best indoor playground in GVA, kids at different ages will enjoy this place much.

The playground itself is clean, unlike many other places (you can see the stafffs are putting in a lot of work trying to maintain the tidiness, I’ve seen staffs trying to restore the toys and vacuum the floors all day without any rest during the weekend), and the prices are fairly reasonable with good combo deals as well.

This place was just recently renovated and they sort of upgraded their interior decor into a more vintage and nostalgic vibe, based on my past few visits after their renovation I had to say it’s pretty successful as they specifically made a functional area at second floor for younger kids to play, and it pretty much prevents those younger kids from getting stepped by the older kids. My son has been always enjoying to go there and it is our favourite to-go spot for indoor playground considering the convenience of location as well.

They also allow outside food and drinks (at least until my last visit), which is uncommon to see for these indoor playgrounds and that’s quite important because parents can chill out and chat with their friends meanwhile watching their kids playing.

The owners are the nicest people you will ever meet as well. After talking to them, you will realize that they are dedicated to create a great place for kids to play at, and you can honestly tell they love kids and they are not much doing it for the money as I heard they are losing money running this place. They are passionate about what they are doing hence that’s why I’m leaving my positive experience here to support them to at least encourage them for what they are doing.

All in all thank you Minokids for providing a safe and fun place for my son Marco to play at 👀, we would be surely visiting again and again many times to...

First time taking my 1.5 year old to Mino Club on August 3rd. My child had fun, however I don't think I would be returning due to safety issues that was not addressed by the staff.

When I walked into the venue late afternoon, there were already two dad's fighting and screaming at each other with their kid's crying over something. One of the dad's asked a staff from the kitchen to address whatever the issue they were arguing about in the play area. There seemed to be 4 staff available (including the one in the kitchen) but none seemed to be monitoring what's going on in the playground. The 3 staff in the front seemed to be just chilling, either talking to each other or scrolling on their phones.

What really bothered me is there were two older kids that were throwing large toys down the slides. The first time it happened, no one went to talk to the kids. Not the staff, not their parents or guardian, and not other adults.

The same kid wanted to throw a toy shopping cart down the slide a second time, I had to tell her not to throw things down the slide since it will hurt someone. The child stopped, but once I left the slide area, she threw the toy shopping cart down the slide. One of the staff saw it happened and said nothing. Was she too stunned to speak? I am not sure.

Another kid threw a large circular climbing toy down the slide. The speed of which these toys are coming down the slides can really hurt someone, especially a small child. I will not be bringing my child back or recommend this place to anyone. The staff there allows bad behaviours and doesn't do anything to address the issue to make it a safe playing space. Someone's child can get severely hurt. What they can improve on is better monitoring of the area and correct unsafe behaviours from kids in the...

This place is awesome. Pros: -clean (saw owners cleaning up several times throughout our almost 3 hour stay) awesome play areas that felt very Montessori inspired (tons of imaginary play options or: dr office, kitchen, makeup vanity, dress up area, grocery store) there's a trampoline -slides are tons of fun looks like you can bring outside food, lots of tables in the middle -soothing colour palette -the right amount of toys, it's not overwhelming and it's easy for one parent for watch a couple kids (as easy as it can be)

Cons no coffee although they mentioned they are planning on making this available (they only opened recently) maybe small for some people? It's perfect to us, but maybe to some there's a wooden plank underneath the trampoline which could be dangerous to a heavier child maybe? Didn't pose a problem. Don't recommend adults jump but that's common sense anyway. -expensive but with the price of real estate these days, I get it and I was happy to pay.

10/10 will...
