Worst restaurant service ever!!! I have been ordering food from this place for many years, the service is getting worse and worse, it always gives you another understanding of what is the worst customer service each time that I visit this place. And tonight is my last time ever going there. I ordered 5 dishes for 36 minutes, only the Chinese donut came, and nothing else; when we asked, the server said, the kitchen is so busy today, and the congee is out of the freezer, it takes time to warm it up. In fact, I didn’t see a thing in our order ( when she pulled up the order from the computer, at then, I told her to make the food ASAP, and she kept saying,86 was the kitchen’s fault and they missed the order,(it was never ordered, why is she lying….) and then after I fold her to just do the order and we will wait, she said as she leaves, I can’t do anything if you decide not to eat!!! What on earth was that about? I came here to eat at 10:30pm, hungry! What does it mean that I don’t have to eat and who told her that I don’t need to eat? Unbelievable, even if she is busy or even if she knew that I knew she lied! This is extremely rude! I don’t recommend this place to...
Read moreThis is the worst Chinese/Cantonese restaurant I’ve encountered in Vancouver, BC, or even North America. While their food might taste acceptable to the general public, their attitude and respect towards customers are appalling.
Once, my wife and I arrived late for lunch, around 3 PM, feeling quite hungry. We ordered stir-fried beef ho fun (干炒牛河) and a few other dishes. Before the waitress brought us our food, a woman dressed as a manager came up to her, picked up a piece of beef, and commented in Cantonese that it looked like garbage, assuming we didn't understand the language. The dish was then brought to our table, and to our dismay, the beef was uncut and half raw—truly resembling the insulting comment.
Despite this, we ate the rest of what we ordered, paid the bill with a decent tip, and left. However, this worst dining experience has stayed with me for years. I sincerely hope that this restaurant is inspected and shut down by BC's health authorities.

Read moreif i were to use one word to describe how their food tastes, then it would be just mid. and what was sad was that their tea was the best thing on their menu... what was esp disappointing was the fact that their SPECIALTY WONTONS which were FLAVOURLESS and soaked in a soup that tastes like chicken stock powder and stinky old cabbages. 0/5 their stir fry noodles were normal, with the usual flavourless shrimp and mid tasting noodles. 2.5/5 their congee was also flavourless- ir just tasted like flavourinf again with bland ahh meatballs and chewy pork stomach. 1.5/5 however their x.o. sauce turnip cakes were ok, tho it lacked filling, the dried shrimp made up for it, and it had this nice creamy texture while lackinf sauce 3.8/5 their siumai was avrg but too chewy, but ig u know they put in real pcs of pork in there... 2.5/5 their spring roll was avg so there was nothing memorable abt it 3/5 but yk what was good?! THEIR TEA. YEAH NO WHY IS THWIR TEA TBE BEST THING ON THEIR MENU... with a fragrant and sweet aroma, this tea ely makes u wanna drink all of it until u realized u drank 5...
